Welcome to the online submission and editorial system for Tourism Management Perspectives.Tourism Management Perspectives is concerned with the planning and management of travel and tourism, including tourist experiences and the consequences of those experiences for communities, economies and environments. It is also concerned with the creation of image, the shaping of tourist experiences and tourist perceptions, and the ways in which tourist organizations manage themselves and destinations.Tourism Management Perspectives shares the same editorial board and general approaches to manuscripts as its sister journal, Tourism Management. The journal takes an interdisciplinary approach and includes planning and policy aspects of international, national and regional tourism as well as specific management studies. It publishes articles that range from quantitatively based empirical papers to those embedded in critical analysis via those using constructionist approaches and ethnographic research.Articles are relevant to both academics and practitioners, and are the results of anonymous reviews by at least two referees chosen by the editor for their specialist knowledge.Please note: in the case of research based on the use of questionnaires, please provide copies of the questionnaire used. These will be published on the web based versions of the journal to aid future comparative research. If using regression and SEM analysis please provide tables of item distribution scores and, in the case of SEM, covariance matrices. Please note that color photographs can be easily reproduced on internet versions of the journal at no additional cost to authors.

Performance Enhancement & Health is an international, peer-reviewed journal that critically explores the health implications of pharmacological, genetic, psychological and other technological enhancements of the human being. The journal is multi-disciplinary, examining the implications of performance enhancement on the human condition. Performance enhancement may be linked to productivity, identity, social capital or pleasure, while health is envisaged broadly as absence of disease, optimal functioning, and (personal or community) well-being.Manuscripts are submitted online via http://ees.elsevier.com/peh

Journal of China Tourism Research is a truly international journal that publishes the latest research on tourism (all articles printed in English with Chinese abstracts) that relates to China and its citizens. It provides a rich forum for exchange of fresh information and ideas among academics and practitioners; fosters and enhances cutting-edge research activities that advance the knowledge of tourism; and discusses the relevance of tourism to Chinese society. The journal encourages interdisciplinary scholarship and commentaries, aims at the highest intellectual level, and only publishes manuscripts that make significant contributions to the subject areas. Emphasis will be given to those areas in which significant advances are being made.Short Communications: Short communications of OR in practice, describing the use and evaluation of OR approaches by decision makers within government, health care and charitable sectors. The focus should be on challenges faced, the impact of the work, and lessons learned.The journal will also publish a series of invited short communications aimed at clinicians, managers and decision makers working in health. The Mathematics Education Research Journal, an official journal of the Mathematics Education Research Group of Australasia (MERGA), is an international refereed journal that provides a forum for the publication of research in the teaching and learning of mathematics at all levels. The Mathematics Education Research Journal publishes papers of general interest to an international readership, but papers exploring specifically Australasian issues are welcome.

Acupuncture and Related Therapies publishes basic and clinical research papers, review papers, case studies and short communications. Special attention is given to educational contributions, we therefore welcome supplementary material such as videos of treatments, demonstrations and summarising lectures. Equally, papers of relevance to health care providers and policy makers are very welcome.

Acupuncture and Related Therapies provides a forum for the dissemination and discussion of the findings of acupuncture research and clinical applications in a wide range of medical disciplines, including veterinary medicine. We believe in the principles of Evidence Based Medicine and seek to support clinical decision making by following Evidence Based Medicine. We especially welcome papers that contribute to further integrating conventional and complementary therapies into mainstream care.

Algal Research is an international phycology journal covering all areas of emerging technologies in algae biology, biomass production, cultivation, harvesting, extraction, bioproducts, and econometrics. Results in Physics welcomes two types of papers:

1. Full research papers

2. Microarticles: very short papers, no longer than 2 pages. They may consist of a single, but well-described piece of information, such as:
- Data and/or a plot plus a description
- Description of a new method or instrumentation
- Negative results
- Concept or design study

All submitted manuscripts are fully peer-reviewed and after acceptance, a publication fee is charged to cover all editorial, production, and archiving costs. Different publication fees apply for the two types of papers: USD 750 for full papers and USD 500 for microarticles (excluding taxes). Accepted papers are freely accessible to anyone.
