Motivation and Emotion publishes theoretical papers and original research reports of either a basic or applied nature from any area of psychology and behavioral science, provided that the focus is on motivation and/or emotion. While the primary orientation of the journal is on human emotion and motivation, animal studies are also published, provided they are relevant to general motivation and/or emotion theory.

This unique journal in psychology is devoted to publishing original research and theoretical studies and review papers that substantially contribute to the understanding of intelligence. It provides a new source of significant papers in psychometrics, tests and measurement, and all other empirical and theoretical studies in intelligence and mental retardation.The journal Intelligence publishes papers reporting work which makes a substantial contribution to an understanding of the nature and function of intelligence. Varied approaches to the problem will be welcomed. Theoretical and review articles will be considered, if appropriate, but preference will be given to original research. The aim of the Scandinavian Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology is to contribute to a better working life based on high-quality research. The journal seeks to publish papers covering the important issues in working life on all levels, including the societal, the organizational and the individual level. The journal also encourages research combining two or more of these levels and we invite empirical as well as theoretical, methodological and review manuscripts.

Communications Psychology is an open-access journal from Nature Portfolio publishing high-quality research, reviews and commentary. The scope of the journal includes all of the psychological sciences. We also consider submissions from adjacent research fields where the central advance of the study is of interest to psychologists, for example, meta-science in the domain of psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and behavioural economics. Communications Psychology aims to provide a community forum for issues of importance to all psychologists, regardless of the sub-discipline.

Recent years have witnessed considerable worldwide changes concerning social identities such as race, nation and ethnicity, as well as the emergence of new forms of racism and nationalism as discriminatory exclusions. Social Identities aims to furnish an interdisciplinary and international focal point for theorizing issues at the interface of social identities. The journal is especially concerned to address these issues in the context of the transforming political economies and cultures of postmodern and postcolonial conditions. Social Identities is intended as a forum for contesting ideas and debates concerning the formations of, and transformations in, socially significant identities, their attendant forms of material exclusion and power, as well as the political and cultural possibilities opened up by these identifications. Besides the regular range of articles, Social Identities also features Specificities and Debate sections, an occasional book review section, and special issues on topics of note. Journal of Genocide Research is a cross-disciplinary journal that promotes the scholarly study of genocide.

Genocide is a contested legal, historical, sociological and political term that is applied in various spheres: in international law, in academic analyses of genocide, past and present, and in political claim making. Journal of Genocide Research welcomes contributions that combine empirical research with conceptual reflection on these and related topics, like social psychology, military intervention, post-genocide conflict management as well as gender and memory issues.
