The Puerto Rico Health Sciences Journal (PRHSJ) is the scientific journal of the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus. It was founded in 1982 as a vehicle for the publication of reports on scientific research conducted in-campus, Puerto Rico and abroad. All published work is original and peer-reviewed. The PRHSJ is included in Index Medicus, MEDLINE, SCOPUS, Index Pharmacus, Science Citation Index Expanded (SciSearch®) and Journal Citation Reports/Science Edition. All papers are published both online and in hard copy. From its beginning, the PRHSJ is being published regularly four times a year. The scope of the journal includes a range of medical, dental, public health, pharmaceutical and biosocial sciences research. The journal publishes full-length articles, brief reports, special articles, reviews, editorials, case reports, clinical images, and letters arising from published material. The scope of the Netherlands Heart Journal is to contribute to the national and international literature by publishing scientific papers in the field of cardiovascular medicine. It also provides a platform for Continuing Medical Education for cardiologists and those in training for the speciality of cardiology in the Netherlands.
The Netherlands Heart Journal is made available to cardiologists, cardiologists in training, cardiopulmonary surgeons, cardiopulmonary surgeons in training, internists and paediatric cardiologists. The journal is the official journal of the Netherlands Society of Cardiology.

International Journal of Fertility and Sterility (IJFS)is a quarterly English publication of Royan Institute of Iran. The Canadian Journal of Human Sexuality (CJHS), published since 1992, is the scholarly, peer reviewed journal of the Sex Information and Education Council of Canada (SIECCAN). The journal publishes articles from a variety of disciplines related to the study of human sexuality. The journal prioritizes the publication of scholarship addressing the sexuality and sexual and reproductive health of Canadians. However, articles from other countries are also welcomed.

International Journal of Otolaryngology is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and clinical studies in all areas of otolaryngology.

The Journal of Micro-Bio Robotics is the synergistic integration of micro- and biotechnologies with Robotics. Strong research efforts are being focussed on development of micro/nanoscale or miniature robotic systems, which are biologically inspired, integrated with biological entities, or used for biological or biomedical applications.  This new journal aims to report the significant progress in these new research efforts.The Journal of Micro-Bio Robotics, a quarterly journal, is devoted to the theory, experiments,  and applications of micro- and biotechnologies and robotics. The Journal of Phycology was founded in 1965 by the Phycological Society of America. The Journal is a leading international journal and publishes research from all over the world. All aspects of basic and applied research on algae are included to provide a common medium for the ecologist, physiologist, cell biologist, molecular biologist, morphologist, oceanographer, acquaculturist, systematist, geneticist, and biochemist. The Journal also welcomes research that emphasizes algal interactions with other organisms and the roles of algae as components of natural ecosystems. Papers are accepted on the basis of their original and meritorious data and ideas; our focus is on research articles but mini-reviews and reviews are solicited on especially important and timely subjects. The Luigi Provasoli Award, named in honor of the founding Editor of the Journal, is presented annually by the Editorial Board to the authors who in the Board's judgment have published the best research paper in the previous year in the Journal.
