The European Transport Research Review – An Open Access Journal (ETRR) is an online scientific platform aiming at disseminating research results in the field of transport. The main scope and mission of the Journal is to provide a forum for the publication of high quality scientific papers in the field of transport in general, and a dissemination medium for new ideas and developments that originate in, or are of interest to, the European transport research community. The Journal was established by the European Conference of Transport Research Institutes (ECTRI).

Journal’s concept and primary characteristics are: first, it is the open access configuration that makes it easily and widely available through the internet to all readers with a minimum of constraints and costs: second, it provides focus on issues of special interest to European transport research, its funding bodies and supervising organisations: third, it is clearly oriented towards both researchers and practitioners.The Journal considers primarily papers, on both theoretical as well as applied research, whose excellence and content represent an important contribution to transport research in Europe. Papers dealing with theoretical or applied research outside Europe are also encouraged to be submitted for publication, as long as their results are of relevance to European transport concerns, or can contribute to scientific knowledge or best practice transfer between researchers in Europe and their counterparts in other continents.Contributors are advised to submit papers that fit at least in one of the areas of interest identified by the Journal. However, the Editorial Board can also consider papers that are not directly related to these areas but are considered of interest or of particular concern to the aims and goals of the Journal. Papers published in the Journal are subjected to peer-review in accordance with standard international practices for scholarly journals., In addition, the Journal will also periodically publish information papers, as well as book and conference reviews regarding transport policy and research in Europe.

This journal is methodological in focus, so it welcomes research syntheses on all topics in Applied Linguistics, but especially those that have a strong relevance to professional practice (e.g., language teaching, learning, and assessment).

Research syntheses, or evidence syntheses, are a type of secondary research that employs systematic, transparent, reproducible, and often pre-registered methodologies to synthesise published research ( Chong & Plonsky, 2023; Chong & Plonsky, 2024). The focus of research syntheses can be substantive (e.g., language testing, translanguaging) and/or methodological (e.g., narrative inquiry). In the field of Applied Linguistics, meta-analyses are traditionally the predominant form of research synthesis, accounting for most of the published synthetic work. Nevertheless, this journal welcomes submissions of not only meta-analyses but other emergent types of research syntheses, especially those that employ qualitative methodologies (e.g., qualitative research synthesis, scoping review, systematic literature review) as well as methodological papers on the specific stages of conducting a research synthesis.

The Journal of Second Language Pronunciation is a scholarly journal devoted to research into the acquisition, perception, production, teaching, assessment, and description of prosodic and segmental pronunciation of second languages in all contexts of learning. The journal encourages research that connects theory and practice, enhances our understanding of L2 phonological learning processes, and provides connections between L2 pronunciation and other areas of applied linguistics such as pragmatics, CALL, and speech perception.
The Journal publishes papers in four main areas: experimental, instructed, and naturalistic research about second language pronunciation; review articles that synthesize research perspectives of key pronunciation issues from different disciplines;teaching-oriented papers detailing successful practices and research-based instruction; and reviews of technology and books focused on second language pronunciation.

Journal overview: This electronic-only journal publishes research announcements of significant advances in all branches of mathematics and short complete papers of original research (up to about 15 journal pages). Both research announcements and short papers should be designed to communicate their contents to a broad mathematical audience and should meet high standards for mathematical content and clarity. All papers are reviewed, and the entire Editorial Board must approve the acceptance of any paper.

Oncology Research and Treatment offers an interdisciplinary forum for cancer research and treatment. Peer-reviewed original and review articles cover a wide range of aspects in medical hematology and oncology, surgical, gynecological, pediatric, and urological oncology, dermatological oncology, diagnostics, radiation oncology, psychological care, pathology, clinical-translational oncology, and oncological rehabilitation. Oncology Research and Treatment is addressed to clinicians and practitioners working and researching in the field of hematology and oncology.
The focus of Oncology Research and Treatment is to report clinical and translational research. Basic research is not in the scope of the journal.

The mission of Operations Research is to serve the entire Operations Research (OR) community, including practitioners, researchers, educators, and students.
