The International Journal for the Advancement of Counselling is published under the auspices of the International Association for Counselling.The journal promotes the exchange of information about counselling activities throughout the world. Papers published in the journal are conceptual, practical or research contributions providing an international perspective on the following areas: Theories and models of guidance and counselling:Counsellor education and supervision:State of the art reports on guidance and counselling in specific settings:Special populations:Special applications:Counselling services in developing countries. The International Journal for the Advancement of Counselling publishes original articles, major addresses and papers presented at the International Association for Counselling and other major international meetings, and thematic reviews and discussions related to guidance and counselling.

The International Journal for the Semiotics of Law is an independent entity and the leading international journal in legal semiotics The Journal was first published in 1987. The International Journal for the Semiotics of Law welcomes submissions, in English or in French, which include semiotic analyses of the law. Submissions to The International Journal for the Semiotics of Law should ideally critique, apply or otherwise engage with semiotics or related theory and models of analyses, or with rhetoric, history of political and legal discourses, philosophy of language, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, deconstruction and all types of semiotics analyses including visual semiotics. Submissions which reflect on legal philosophy or legal theory in general, hermeneutics, the relation between psychoanalysis and language, the relation between law and literature, as well as the relation between law and aesthetics, will also be considered. The journal has a long standing association with the International Roundtables for the Semiotics of Law (IRSL) and publishes an annual special issue dedicated to the Roundtable. It will also consider proposals for one other special issue per annum. All inquiries relating to special issues should be directed to the Editor-in-Chief. As the first international journal entirely devoted to philosophical skepticism, the International Journal for the Study of Skepticism publishes high-quality articles and discussion notes on any field of research relevant to the study of skeptical thought. The journal also contains critical notices and reviews of major books on skepticism, and organizes book symposia on recent ground-breaking works. On occasion, it publishes special issues devoted to current lively debates on specific topics or authors.

The International Journal for the Study of the Christian Church (IJSCC) has a unique ecumenical and interdisciplinary focus on the theology of the Church, its contemporary life and its history, ministry and mission. The journal seeks to promote the exploration of new and traditional approaches to ecclesiology, and cross-cultural and inter-disciplinary exchange of research and scholarship over a wide geographical area, as a means of shaping understanding and knowledge of the Christian Church.IJSCC is a refereed journal, which publishes commissioned and unsolicited articles. In addition to historical, theological and biblical approaches, the editors particularly welcome contributions which look at ecclesiology and the arts, spirituality and sacramental and liturgical theology and practice. Abrasive technology concerns manufacturing processes that involve use of abrasives in a variety of forms. It has a long history originating from the discovery of minerals. With the increasing requirements for high precision and high surface quality components in various applications, (e.g. silicon wafers in the semiconductor industry and optical lenses in the precision instrument industry), abrasive technology is becoming increasingly important in precision manufacturing. IJAT deals with abrasive technology, covering theoretical and applied research, new technologies and applications.

The International Journal of Acarology (IJA) publishes original research work on a wide variety of acarological subjects including mite and tick behavior, biochemistry, biology, control, ecology, evolution, morphology, physiology, systematics and taxonomy. To ensure continued quality of journal content, manuscripts submitted to IJA are critically reviewed up to seven reviewers, including outside reviewers and Editorial Board members, who are specialists on the subject matter. The language of choice for IJA is English but manuscripts written in other languages may be considered.
