Presenting state-of-the-art research and information, AIDS Education and Prevention is a vital addition to the library collections of medical schools, hospitals, and other institutions and organizations with HIV/AIDS research programs. The Bulletin of the Menninger Clinic offers a psychodynamic perspective on the application of theory and research in outpatient psychotherapy, attachment theory, developments in cognitive neuroscience and psychopathologies, as well as the integration of different modes of therapy. This widely indexed, peer-reviewed journal has been published since 1936 by the Menninger Clinic. Topical issues focus on critical subjects such as disordered attachments, panic disorder, trauma, and evidence-based interventions.

The Journal of Personality Disorders has long been a singular forum devoted exclusively to the diagnosis and treatment of clinically significant personality disorders. The journal fosters dialogue among researchers and practitioners working from a variety of orientations and approaches. Its international impact is well established, with subscribers in over 30 countries. This journal is devoted to the application of theory and research from social psychology toward the better understanding of human adaptation and adjustment, including both the alleviation of psychological problems and distress (e.g., psychopathology) and the enhancement of psychological well-being among the psychologically healthy. Topics of interest include (but are not limited to) traditionally defined psychopathology (e.g., depression), common emotional and behavioral problems in living (e.g., conflicts in close relationships), the enhancement of subjective well-being, and the processes of psychological change in everyday life (e.g., self-regulation) and professional settings (e.g., psychotherapy and counseling). Articles reporting the results of theory-driven empirical research are given priority, but theoretical articles, review articles, clinical case studies, and essays on professional issues are also welcome. Articles describing the development of new scales (personality or otherwise) or the revision of existing scales are not appropriate for this journal.

Appearing quarterly since 1936, Science & Society is the longest continuously published Marxist scholarly journal in the world. Its intellectual coverage includes social and political theory, first-order historical research, economics, philosophy, theoretical foundations in the natural sciences, literature, and the arts. In both general issues, and special issues devoted to particular topics, the journal provides serious analysis of the contemporary human condition and visions of social alternatives, and contributes to the continuing critical redevelopment of the Marxist tradition.

An excellent resource for researchers as well as students, Social Cognition features reports on self-perception, self-concept, social neuroscience, person-memory integration, social schemata, the development of social cognition, and the role of affect in memory and perception. Special topics have included Social Neuroscience and Its Contribution to Social Psychological Theory; Unconscious Thought; System Justification Theory; and Shared Reality.
