ALA is an interdisciplinary scholarly journal which accepts research papers, survey papers and technical notes on the subjects of Asian linguistics, translation studies and the teaching of Asian languages, book reviews on representative works on the same subjects and reports from outstanding events.

The scientific journal Acta Neophilologica publishes scientific studies in the field of Western-European, American and other literatures in English. The journal pays special attention to problems from the history of cultural and especially literary and theatrical contacts between Slovenia and Western-European literatures, as well as the problems of Slovenian emigrant literature. It also welcomes papers on German, French and Italian literatures.

Acta agriculturae Slovenica is a scientific journal published quarterly by the Agronomy, and the Zootechnical Departments of the Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Documenta Praehistorica is an international journal that focuses on interdisciplinary research in cognition and materialities of prehistoric cultures, archaeogenetic studies, palaeodemography, population dynamics and cultural trajectories in prehistory, settlement and landscape dynamics, climate anomalies, radiocarbon dating, palaeodietary reconstruction based on stable isotope analysis, chemistry in archaeology and palaeoenvironmental studies. The main strength of the journal is that it provides an opportunity for the publication of diverse approaches, theories and specific case studies, while maintaining a coherent editorial policy in addressing significant topics and studies relating to Eurasian prehistory.

ELOPE: English Language Overseas Perspectives and Enquiries is an academic journal that publishes original research articles, studies and essays that address matters pertaining to the English language, literature, teaching and translation. It promotes the discussion of linguistic and literary issues from theoretical and applied perspectives regardless of school of thought or methodology, covering a wide range of issues and concerns in English studies.

The journal Vestnik za tuje jezike (Journal for Foreign Languages) is aimed at scholars and professionals working in the field of linguistics, literature and foreign language teaching. It publishes articles in the fields of linguistics and literature in languages other than Slovene, as well as papers in the field of language teaching methodology. In addition to scientific papers, the journal accepts expert contributions from teachers, thus contributing to the improvement of language teaching. It also welcomes reviews of recent publications and reports on current events in the fields covered.

Its greatest goal is to spread the results of academic research in the áreas of English, Literature and Cultural Studies.

The Journal of Sol-Gel Science and Technology (JSST) provides an international forum for the dissemination of scientific, technological, and general knowledge about materials processed by chemical nanotechnologies known as the 'sol-gel' process. The materials of interest include gels, gel-derived glasses, ceramics in form of nano- and micro-powders, bulk, fibres, thin films and coatings as well as more recent materials such as hybrid organic-inorganic materials and composites. JSST publishes original research and technological manuscripts in the form of extended reports. Occasionally, invited papers on scientific and technologically important issues in emerging fields of sol-gel materials are published as special issues. A Sol-Gel Product News section is also available for publication of short papers on products developed via chemical technology. The Journal of Sol-Gel Science and Technology is the Official Journal of the International Sol-Gel Society (ISGS).
