The American Journal of Ophthalmology is a peer-reviewed, scientific publication that welcomes the submission of original, previously unpublished manuscripts directed to ophthalmologists and visual science specialists describing clinical investigations, clinical observations, and clinically relevant laboratory investigations. Published monthly since 1884, the full text of the American Journal of Ophthalmology and supplementary material are also presented on the Internet at www.AJO.com.The American Journal of Ophthalmology publishes Original Articles, Brief Reports, Perspectives, Editorials, Abstracts, Correspondence, Book Reports and Announcements. The American Journal of Ophthalmology Case Reports is a peer-reviewed, scientific publication that welcomes the submission of original, previously unpublished case report manuscripts directed to ophthalmologists and visual science specialists. The cases shall be challenging and stimulating but shall also be presented in an educational format to engage the readers as if they are working alongside with the caring clinician scientists to manage the patients. Submissions shall be clear, concise, and well-documented reports. Brief reports and case series submissions on specific themes are also very welcome.

All manuscripts submitted are peer reviewed and if accepted for publication, authors are notified of this decision and requested to pay an Article Processing Fee. Following payment of this fee, the article is made universally available to all on http://www.sciencedirect.com/www.sciencedirect.com.

Analytic Methods in Accident Research publishes manuscripts that deal with the development and/or application of new and novel methodologies to the study of vehicle crashes and other transportation and non-transportation-related accidents. The intent of the journal is to demonstrate how innovative methodological approaches can be used to provide new insights and quantification of the factors that affect the frequency and severity of accidents - thus providing new guidance for the implementation of appropriate countermeasures. While the focus of the journal is on the underlying analytic approach, acceptable application areas include all elements of transportation safety (road, pedestrian, air, rail, and water safety), construction safety, and any area of study where the unintended consequences of human behavior, machine failures or system failures result in property damage and/or bodily injury.

Analytica Chimica Acta provides a forum for the rapid publication of original research, and critical reviews dealing with all aspects of fundamental and applied modern analytical science. The journal welcomes the submission of research papers which report studies concerning the development of new and significant analytical methodologies. Animal Reproduction Science publishes original research and timely reviews on topics relating to reproduction and fertility in animals. This includes both fundamental research and applied studies, including management practices that increase our understanding of the biology and manipulation of reproduction. The focus is on animals that are useful to humans including food- and fibre-producing; companion/recreational; captive; and endangered species including zoo animals, but excluding laboratory animals unless the study reveals new information that impacts our basic understanding of the biology or manipulation of reproduction applicable to the animals listed above.The journal's scope includes the study of reproductive physiology and endocrinology, reproductive cycles, natural and artificial control of reproduction, preservation and use of gametes and embryos, pregnancy and parturition, infertility and sterility, diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.Animal Reproduction Science has decided not to publish papers that exclusively examine the in vitro development of oocytes and embryos; however, it will consider papers that include in vitro studies where the source of the oocytes and/or development of the embryos beyond the blastocyst stage is part of the experimental design.Authors with any concerns are encouraged to contact the journal to enquire about the suitability of the content of their paper for submission.
