Journal of Tropical Medicine is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and clinical studies in all areas of tropical medicine.

The Journal of Tropical Pediatrics provides a link between theory and practice in the field. Papers report key results of clinical and community research, and considerations of programme development. More general descriptive pieces are included when they have application to work preceeding elsewhere. The journal also presents review articles, book reviews and, occasionally, short monographs and selections of important papers delivered at relevant conferences.

The Journal of Ultrasound is the official journal of the Italian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (SIUMB). The journal publishes original contributions (research and review articles, case reports, technical reports and letters to the editor) on significant advances in clinical diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic applications, clinical techniques, the physics, engineering and technology of ultrasound in medicine and biology, and in cross-sectional diagnostic imaging. The journal also publishes news from the SIUMB, the conference agenda and updates on SIUMB activities. The official language of Journal of Ultrasound is English and the abstracts should be provided both in English and in Italian.

The Journal of Urban Health is a bimonthly peer-reviewed publication which focuses on the emerging fields of urban health and epidemiology. The Journal addresses health issues such as substance abuse, teenage pregnancy, HIV, tuberculosis, and violence from both clinical and policy perspectives, filling a neglected niche in medical and health literature. Founded in 1964, the Journal of Vascular Research provides a platform of rigorous, cutting-edge research in vascular and microvascular biology, physiology, and pathophysiology for basic science and translational researchers. Clinicians with impactful clinical trials and observations regarding the vasculature are also welcome.
The scope of the journal covers a broad spectrum of vascular and lymphatic research, including structure, function, hemodynamics, mechanics, cell signaling, intercellular communication, development, growth, and differentiation. The Journal of Vascular Research is the official journal of the European Society of Microcirculation. A biennial prize is awarded to the authors of the best paper published in the journal over the previous 2 years.

The Journal of Vascular Surgery (JVS) is the official journal of the Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS). Since the first issue was released in 1984, JVS has offered vascular, cardiothoracic, and general surgeons with original, peer-reviewed articles related to clinical and experimental studies, noninvasive diagnostic techniques, processes and vascular substitutes, microvascular surgical techniques, angiography, and endovascular management. The Journal of Veterinary Medical Education (JVME) is the peer-reviewed scholarly journal of the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges (AAVMC). As an internationally distributed journal, JVME provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, research, and discoveries about veterinary medical education. This exchange benefits veterinary faculty, students, and the veterinary profession as a whole by preparing veterinarians to better perform their professional activities and to meet the needs of society.
