The European Journal of Teacher Education (EJTE) provides an opportunity for the dissemination of educational research which investigates theory, policy and practice in teacher education at pre-service and in-service levels predominantly in the countries of Europe. Relevant articles from other countries will be considered.EJTE is the official journal of the Association for Teacher Education in Europe (ATEE). Its audience includes all those who have a professional concern with or interest in the education of teachers for all age groupsPeer Review Policy:EJTE is an international academic journal. In order to maintain the high standards appropriate to such a journal, all contributions received are submitted for blind review by two peers, additionally to review by the Editorial Board. The decision of the editor on the acceptance of articles is final and no correspondence can be entered into on reasons for rejection of a submitted contribution.Book reviews:Anyone wishing to review a book for EJTE should contact the Deputy Editor Geri Smyth g.smyth@strath.ac.uk with their details and any specific interests. International Gambling Studies is a peer reviewed interdisciplinary journal in gambling studies. The International Journal of Philosophical Studies (IJPS) publishes academic articles of the highest quality from both analytic and continental traditions and provides a forum for publishing on a broader range of issues than is currently available in philosophical journals. IJPS also publishes annual special issues devoted to key thematic areas or to critical engagements with contemporary philosophers of note. Journal of Family Communication (JFC) publishes original empirical and theoretical papers that advance our understanding of the communication processes within or about families. JFC is also committed to publishing manuscripts that address issues related to the intersection between families, communication, and social systems, such as mass media, education, health care, and law & policy. The journal seeks to publish the highest quality family communication manuscripts that are theoretically grounded and methodologically rigorous. JFC is topically and methodologically inclusive, publishing research that is quantitative, qualitative, rhetorical, and critical. Advanced doctoral students are invited to participate in JFC's reviewer-in-training program. The reviewer-in-training will serve as the fourth reviewer of a manuscript. He/she will be asked to review approximately three manuscripts in an 18-month period. The editorial decision and reviews are then shared with the novice reviewer, providing the trainee the opportunity to see how his/her review compared to those of others. If the reviews are strong, constructive, and prompt, then the reviewers-in-training will become part of the ad-hoc review pool after the three review, 18-month probationary period. Monash Bioethics Review Monash Bioethics Review provides comprehensive coverage of traditional topics and emerging issues in bioethics. The Journal is especially concerned with empirically-informed philosophical bioethical analysis with policy relevance. Monash Bioethics Review also regularly publishes empirical studies providing explicit ethical analysis and/or with significant ethical or policy implications.  Produced by the Monash University Centre for Human Bioethics since 1981 (originally as Bioethics News), Monash Bioethics Review is the oldest peer reviewed bioethics journal based in Australia--and one of the oldest bioethics journals in the world.  

Psychological Injury and Law is a journal designed as a multidisciplinary forum for the dissemination of research articles and scholarly exchanges about issues pertaining to the interface of psychology and law in the area of trauma, injury, and their psychological impact. The journal intends to help build the evidentiary research base of the field, and to critically examine its concepts and practice. Psychological impairments and disabilities may arise from physical and/or mental injuries ascribed to alleged negligent actions. They need to be judiciously assessed for their validity, and treated when evaluated as valid. They lead to legal and related action when there are long term or permanent effects.

The object of the Journal of the History of International Law/Revue d'histoire du droit international is to contribute to the effort to make intelligible the international legal past, however varied and eccentric it may be, to stimulate interest in the whys, the whats and wheres of international legal development.
