Urban Forum is concerned with both the broad developmental issues of urbanization in the Third World, and no less provides a distinctive African focus to the subject. Urban societies are examined from a variety of perspectives: issues of local governance, the role of city planning in free market systems, and the impact of multiethnic and multicultural formations in urban affairs. The journal makes a special effort to examine specific cities in developing nations as legal and cultural entities in their own right. Urban Forum can be a core journal in sociology, political science, economics, as well as urban studies.

Technical Services Quarterly is dedicated to providing a forum for the presentation of current developments and future trends concerning the technical operations of libraries and information centers. The journal aims to keep its readers informed of current developments and future trends in research, developments, and practical implementation of systems and applications of traditional and non-traditional technical services and the public operations they influence and sustain. The journal accepts original research, theoretical, and implementation articles pertaining to technical services, automation, networking, document delivery, information technology, library instruction and information literacy, reference and bibliography, case studies, cost analysis, staffing, space, organizational behavior and leadership, and collection development and management. On 1.8.2007, the Faculty of Biological Sciences became the Faculty of Science. The specialized study programs, which were focused almost exclusively on biology, have been expanded to include chemical, physical and mathematical.study programs. Also, courses in the offered study programs are included in the training program for future teachers.

Climate research concerned with large-scale variability of the atmosphere, oceans, and land surface, including the cryosphere; past, present and projected future changes in the climate system (including those caused by human activities); climate simulation and prediction. Occasionally the Journal of Climate will publish review articles on particularly topical areas. Such reviews must be approved by the Chief Editor prior to submission.

Pilot and Feasibility Studies encompasses all aspects of the design, conduct and reporting of pilot and feasibility studies in biomedicine. The journal publishes research articles that are intended to directly influence future clinical trials or large scale observational studies, as well as protocols, commentaries and methodology articles. The journal also ensures that the results of all well-conducted, peer-reviewed, pilot and feasibility studies are published, regardless of outcome or significance of findings.

The International Journal of Agricultural Sustainability ( IJAS ) is a cross-disciplinary, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing the understanding of sustainability in agricultural and food systems. IJAS publishes both theoretical developments and critical appraisals of new evidence on what is not sustainable about current or past agricultural and food systems, as well as on transitions towards agricultural and rural sustainability at farm, community, regional, national and international levels, and through food supply chains. It is committed to clear and consistent use of language and logic, and the use of appropriate evidence to substantiate empirical statements.IJAS increases knowledge on what technologies and processes are contributing to agricultural sustainability, what policies, institutions and economic structures are preventing or promoting sustainability, and what relevant lessons should be learned.IJAS addresses agricultural sustainability directly and comprehensively. Papers published in the journal contribute to answering the questions: What makes agriculture more (or less) sustainable, how, and why?IJAS covers both theoretical as well as more technical topics, but does not include coverage of technical experimental findings, derived from field or laboratory based studies, unless they explicitly and comprehensively discuss the sustainability aspects of the research.Authors and researchers are strongly encouraged to take a look at previously published IJAS papers. The scope of the International Journal of Environmental Analytical Chemistry comprises such subjects as original research on all aspects of analytical work related to environmental problems such as analysis of organic, inorganic and radioactive pollutants in air, water, sediments and biota; and determination of harmful substances, including analytical methods for the investigation of chemical or metabolic breakdown patterns in the environment and in biological samples.The journal also covers the development of new analytical methods or improvement of existing ones useful for the control and investigation of pollutants or trace amounts of naturally occurring active chemicals in all environmental compartments. International Journal of Environmental Health Research (IJEHR) is devoted to rapid publication of research in environmental health, acting as a link between the diverse research communities and practitioners in environmental health. Original research papers, technical notes and review articles, both invited and submitted, will be included. The International Editorial Board and strict refereeing procedures ensure that the Journal maintains high scientific standards and international coverage. IJEHR publishes articles on all aspects of the interaction of the environment with human health. This interaction can broadly be divided into three areas: 1. The natural environment and health (health implications and monitoring of air, water and soil pollutants and pollution and health improvements and air, water and soil quality standards); 2. The built environment and health (occupational health and safety, exposure limits, monitoring and control of pollutants in the workplace, and standards of health); and 3.
