The goal of the journal is to establish a scientific dialogue between scholars from Scandinavian and Nordic countries working on Francophone studies. The journal also invites outstanding contributions from international scholars to promote the idea of literary reception in Nordic countries, which means the focus on Francophone Literature and World-Literature from a Nordic perspective. The journal welcomes both literary and cultural contributions to understanding the diversity of the Francophone world. 

This journal is published with Open Access to provide quality checked research to the French-speaking world free of charge.

L´objectif de cette revue est d´établir un dialogue scientifique entre les chercheurs des pays scandinaves et nordiques travaillant sur les études francophones. La revue accueille également des contributions internationales portant sur la réception littéraire dans les pays nordiques en insistant notamment sur la relation entre littérature francophone et World-Literature d´un point de vue nordique. En réalité, la revue abrite des contributions littéraires et culturelles sur la diversité du monde francophone.

Launched in 2007, ‘NanoEthics: Studies of New and Emerging Technologies’ is an innovative journal of science and technology studies (STS) focusing on technologies converging at the nanoscale and other new and emerging technologies. It has published important contributions to discussions on a wide range of ethical, legal, social, political and cultural aspects of areas such as biotechnology, nanotechnology, neurotechnology and information and communication technology.
The journal has played a key role in ethical and STS discourse on nanoscience and nanotechnology, responsible research and innovation (RRI), synthetic biology, human enhancement / animal enhancement and other topics. At the same time, NanoEthics is an important forum for the exploration of and interactions between art, science and technology. It aims to promote global discourse on the future of humanity in the age of technoscience. With the new Collection “Life Sciences, Society and Policy”, which inherits and continues the journal of the same name (LSSP), our journal is also in a position to become even more relevant for philosophical and STS discussions on biotechnologies and the life sciences.
While the focus of the journal is on ethical aspects, NanoEthics invites contributions on a variety of other philosophical issues as well as contributions from a wide range of fields in the social sciences, humanities and arts, as long as the contributions are relevant to ethically understanding and changing the relationships between new and emerging technologies, science and societies.

The most important function of a sport sociological journal like the European Journal for Sport and Society (EJSS) is to enable an international discussion about current issues and to foster collaboration between researchers from all social scientific sub-disciplines.

The EJSS is therefore a platform for multi-thematic sociological reflections on a broad variety of themes, theoretical approaches and empirical methods in sport sociological research. The EJSS is open for articles about sport, physical education, recreation, the social body and movement cultures. In addition to sociological approaches, historical, socio-psychological, political and economic perspectives are appreciated as well.

Peer Review Policy

The European Journal for Sport and Society is an international peer-reviewed journal which publishes original research contributions to social scientific knowledge from across the world. The EJSS contains various forms of contribution: articles (7,000-10,000 words), reports (2,000-3,000 words), study reports (up to 6,000 words), conference reports (up to 2,000 words) and book reviews (up to 2,000 words).

European Journal of Clinical Nutrition (EJCN) is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing articles related to human and clinical nutrition. The scope of the journal includes publishing Original Articles, Invited Reviews, Systematic Reviews, Clinical Trials papers and Short Communications based on clinical, metabolic and epidemiological studies that describe methodologies, mechanisms, associations and benefits of nutritional interventions for clinical disease and health promotion. Editorials, Letters to the Editor, Response to Letter and Commentaries also feature in EJCN. EJCN also publishes Supplements to the main journal which feature papers from important international expert consultations and proceedings of relevant meetings and conferences.EJCN aims to cover all aspects of human and clinical nutrition: Clinical and whole body metabolic investigations; Epidemiological, social and behavioural studies in nutrition; Nutritional determinants of growth, development and health; Assessment and measurement of nutritional status and indicators, and their relation to function and health; Nutritional causes and effects of disease; Nutritional interventions in clinical practice and in population settings; Community nutrition and education; and Nutrition, population health and health promotion. Manuscripts based on animal nutrition and in vitro studies will not be considered for publication.

European Journal of East Asian Studies is a multi-disciplinary journal dedicated to East Asia, one of the most varied, complex, and rapidly changing parts of the world. Published in Europe by European specialists, the journal is open to new ideas and findings from wherever they may come. We welcome the submission of manuscripts in social sciences such as political science, economics, sociology and cultural studies (including but not limited to business studies, development studies, international relations, political economy,...). Articles can address the wider East Asian region (China, Japan, Korean Peninsular, Japan, Mongolia), including Southeast Asia (ASEAN countries but not Oceania/South Pacific). They may also study inter-regional relations involving the Asian region (such as Asia-Europe relations for instance), or sub-regions (such as Southeast Asia for example) and individual East Asian countries. Global Food History is a peer-reviewed, academic journal with an international scope, presenting new research in food history from the foremost scholars in the field. The journal welcomes original articles covering any period from prehistory to the present and any geographical area, including transnational and world histories of food. Submissions on subjects relating to and from contributors outside of Europe and North America are particularly welcomed. In addition to original research, the journal welcomes articles on teaching food history, archival notes, translations, and other essays that help to build the field by encouraging and disseminating documentation; it will also contain book reviews.

Global Food History aims to encourage a wider recognition of food as not only an important means for studying such traditional scholarly concerns as politics, class, gender, race, and ethnicity, but also an important field in its own right, exploring a vital element of the human experience. As history offers an ideal forum for conversations across the social sciences and humanities, the journal also invites submissions from scholars in allied disciplines who share historians’ concerns with change over time, causation, and periodization. The journal will be of interest to those engaged in the study of the cultural, social and economic history of food.

International Economics, is devoted to the publication of high quality papers dealing with a wide range of issues related to international economics. The journal especially welcomes empirical contributions that include but are not limited to topics in international trade, commercial policy, open macroeconomics and international finance, migration and factor movements. Most published papers make use of formal economic models and/or formal econometrics. However, the journal will also consider review articles and case studies on original subjects provided they are of extremely high quality.The current turnaround time to a first decision is 39 days, with an approximate acceptance rate of 12%. To avoid unnecessary delay, the editor might decide to return the paper to the author(s) before full review if she/he determines that the paper is not suitable for the journal. The decision is always motivated.International Economics encourages young researchers to submit their papers. The journal will also organize special issues to emphasize new research directions. As the first reviews journal in the field of business and management, the International Journal of Management Reviews (IJMR) is an essential reference tool for business academics and doctoral students alike. Journal of Development Effectiveness aims to support evidence-based policy making to enhance development effectiveness. It will do this by publishing high quality papers reporting evidence of the impact of projects, programs and policies in developing countries, and discussions of experience in conducting impact evaluations and using their findings to inform policy and program design. Systematic reviews and replication studies are particularly encouraged. The Journal does not subscribe to any one approach to impact evaluation, but requires that the techniques employed be rigorously applied, with a preference for studies which have been well contextualized with an appropriate use of mixed methods. The Journal will also publish papers of a more conceptual nature related to impact evaluation, as well as papers covering practical aspects of conducting impact studies. Journal of Development Effectiveness has an explicit policy of 8216;learning from our mistakes', discouraging publication bias in favour of positive results 8211; papers reporting interventions with no, or a negative, impact are welcome. A listing of new impact studies will be included in each issue.
