The Brazilian Journal of Botany is the official publication of the Sociedade Botânica de São Paulo - SBSP, whose goal is to publish original articles of scientific research in plant sciences in English. First published in 1978, held biannually until 1997. Since 1998, maintains the production of four issues per year volume this increasing its capacity to publish scientific articles, proposing to disclose an average of 10 articles per issue. In 2012 started to use as main name Brazilian Journal of Botany with articles exclusively in English.

The British Journal of Ophthalmology (BJO) is an international peer-reviewed journal for ophthalmologists and visual science specialists describing clinical investigations, clinical observations, and clinically relevant laboratory investigations related to ophthalmology. Main features include articles on both clinical and laboratory sciences, up to date major reviews, editorials, education articles and letters. There are sections for 'Innovations' and 'Global issues' where surgical, diagnostic and therapeutic innovations and manuscripts of regional interest to geographic areas of the world respectively, are published.

Cancer Research is the most frequently cited cancer journal in the world. The journal publishes original studies, reviews, and opinion pieces offering significance and broad impact to a diverse audience spanning basic, preclinical, clinical, prevention and epidemiological research. Cancer Research seeks manuscripts that offer pathobiological and translational impact to inform the personal, clinical, and societal problems posed by cancer. The main scope of the Journal is captured in its primary subsections, which focus on molecular and cellular pathobiology, tumor and stem cell biology, therapeutics and targets, microenvironment and immunology, prevention and epidemiology, and integrated systems and technology.

Review articles will also be considered for publication. In addition, we will print Target Articles for discussion, to which readers are invited to respond in the next issue of the journal.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer review is double- blind and submission is made via e-mail to the Editor.

The European Journal of Population aims to improve understanding of population phenomena by giving priority to work that contributes to the development of theory and method, and that spans the boundaries between demography and such disciplines as sociology, anthropology, economics, geography, history, political science, epidemiology and other sciences contributing to public health. Contributors come from around the world, and the coverage includes both European and non-European countries.The journal addresses a broad public of researchers, policy makers and others concerned with population processes and their consequences.

Experiment, an annual journal devoted to Russian culture, focuses on the movements of the early twentieth century. These include both traditional and non-traditional avenues of academic enquiry, such as studio painting and graffiti, sculpture and ballroom dancing, architecture and commercial advertising. It is hoped that broader examination of such disciplines within critical discourse will provide a stronger and more precise definition of Russia's cultural accomplishment. Folia Neuropathologica is an official journal of the Polish Association of Neuropathologists and the Medical Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The journal appears every three months and publishes reviews on invitation, editorials, original articles and short communications from the entire field of clinical and experimental neuropathology and related neurosciences. These papers may be descriptive, experimental or methodological. Only original papers written in English are accepted for publication. The GE – Portuguese Journal of Gastroenterology (formerly Jornal Português de Gastrenterologia), founded in 1994, is the official publication of the Sociedade Portuguesa de Gastrenterologia (Portuguese Society of Gastroenterology), Sociedade Portuguesa de Endoscopia Digestiva (Portuguese Society of Digestive Endoscopy), and Associação Portuguesa para o Estudo do Fígado (Portuguese Association for the Study of the Liver).
The journal publishes clinical and basic research articles on gastroenterology, digestive endoscopy, hepatology, and related topics. Review articles, clinical case studies, images, letters to the editor, and other articles such as recommendations or papers on gastroenterology clinical practice are also considered. Only articles written in English are accepted.
