NEW ZEALAND JOURNAL OF ZOOLOGY
Aims: The diversity of the fauna of the southern continents and oceans is of worldwide interest to researchers in universities, museums, and other centres. The New Zealand Journal of Zoology plays an important role in disseminating information on field-based, experimental, and theoretical research on the zoology of the region. Scope of submissions: The New Zealand Journal of Zoology publishes original research papers, review papers, short communications, book reviews, letters, and forum articles. We welcome submissions in all fields of zoological science concerning New Zealand, the Pacific Basin, and Antarctica. Particular strengths include conservation biology, insect taxonomy and pest control, but the journal's subject matter also includes ecology, physiology, pathology, behaviour, genetics, and taxonomy. Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and Oral Radiology

Ostrich
Ostrich: Journal of African Ornithology is the leading ornithological journal in Africa, and publishes peer-reviewed scientific papers and short communications (<2,000 words) on all aspects of ornithology conducted in Africa and its associated islands and marine habitats. Contributions reporting on avian behaviour, breeding, conservation, demography, ecology, migration, morphology and systematics are welcome. Review articles are particularly encouraged. Extended taxonomic papers may be considered for publication particularly if they include relevant discussion of behavioural, ecological or biogeographic criteria. The journal also publishes book reviews. Articles published in Ostrich are expected to be of value to ornithologists, ecologists, conservationists and interested bird-watchers. Ostrich is the scientific journal of BirdLife South Africa. Planning Perspectives
Join the IPHS for 2011 and receive your copy of Planning Perspectives Planning Perspectives is an international peer-reviewed journal of history, planning and the built environment, publishing historical and prospective articles on aspects of city development anywhere in the world. Subjects covered link the interest of those working in architecture and planning; economic, social and political history; historical geography and historical sociology with those in the applied fields of public health, housing, environmental heritage and conservation, architecture and planning. Papers linking these topics to city development from within a historical framework are encouraged. The Journal had a substantial book review section that is global in its reach, covering both Europe and North America, as well as publications from the Middle East, Asia, South America and Africa. Planning Perspectives is the Journal of the International Planning History Society and contains an IPHS section devoted to shorter 'research in progress' papers, conference and research project reports as well as debates, discussions and short notices. IPHS members receive the journal as part of their membership.
Public Art Dialogue
Public Art Dialogue serves as a forum for critical discourse and commentary about the practice of public art defined as broadly as possible to include: memorials, object art, murals, urban and landscape design projects, social interventions, performance art, and web-based work. Public Art Dialogue is a scholarly journal, welcoming of new and experimental modes of inquiry and production. Most issues are theme-based, and each features both peer-reviewed articles and artists' projects.
The journal is overseen by co-editors assisted by an international editorial board, which reflects the diversity and cross-disciplinarity of the public art field. We welcome submissions from art historians, critics, artists, architects, landscape architects, curators, administrators, and other public art scholars and professionals, including those who are emerging as well as already established. The journal is published twice a year in print and electronic formats in English language only, and is affiliated with the professional society of the same name.

South African Review of Sociology
South African Review of Sociology (SARS) publishes leading scholarship relevant to the South African sociological community and beyond, including original research articles, review papers, briefings and debates. Relevance is not defined in a narrow way and contributions on subjects of comparative or theoretical interest are welcomed. Moreover, the journal does not define 'sociological' restrictively, but as the study of society in the broader sense. Prospective guest editors may direct proposals for special issues to the editors.

The Lancet Child & Adolescent Health
The Lancet Child & Adolescent Health publishes any original research or evidence-based review that will directly impact clinical practice or child health across the disciplines of general paediatrics, adolescent medicine, child development, or any paediatric subspecialty. The journal will consider any contribution that advocates change in, or illuminates, clinical practice in these particular areas.
