The content published in Cell Reports Medicine reaches a broad range of scientists and clinicians across the spectrum of medical disciplines, ensuring that your work will be both visible and accessible. The journal publishes original research that ranges from exciting concepts in human biology, health, and disease to all phases of clinical work. We encourage submissions featuring innovative ideas that open up new directions in clinical research and practice, as well as studies that provide critical information that enriches our understanding of current standards of care in diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. This includes, but is not limited to, translational studies, clinical trials in all areas of medicine including long-term trial follow-ups as well as work in genomics, biomarker discovery, and developments in technology that contribute to diagnostics, treatment, and healthcare. Studies based on vertebrate model organisms also fall within the scope of the journal, provided that the results are directly relevant to human health and disease.

The aim of Community Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology is to serve as a forum for scientifically based information in community dentistry, with the intention of continually expanding the knowledge base in the field. The scope is therefore broad, ranging from original studies in epidemiology, behavioral sciences related to dentistry, and health services research through to methodological reports in program planning, implementation and evaluation. Reports dealing with people of all age groups are welcome. The journal encourages manuscripts which present methodologically detailed scientific research findings from original data collection or analysis of existing databases. Preference is given to new findings. Confirmations of previous findings can be of value, but the journal seeks to avoid needless repetition. It also encourages thoughtful, provocative commentaries on subjects ranging from research methods to public policies. Purely descriptive reports are not encouraged, nor are behavioral science reports with only marginal application to dentistry. The journal is published bimonthly.

Hand is the official journal of the American Association for Hand Surgery. The American Association for Hand Surgery is a unique organization of hand surgery and therapy professionals and the focus of the American Association for Hand Surgery is primarily educational. The purpose of Hand is to provide an international peer reviewed journal which combines multidisciplinary expertise from surgical, medical, hand therapy and other health care professional specialties to advance the quality of care and health of patients with hand and upper extremity pathologies. Hand is a quarterly multidisciplinary peer reviewed journal which publishes original clinical and basic science articles, comprehensive critical reviews and unique case reports related to the management of pathologies in the hand and upper extremity. Studies which are published in Hand and involve human subjects must adhere to the ethical guidelines of the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki, have approval by an institutional ethics review board, and have appropriate patient informed consent. Studies which involve animal models must adhere to the animal care and use guidelines of the National Institutes of Health and/or the appropriate institutional review board.

The official journal of the International Society for Clinical Densitometry (ISCD), the Journal of Clinical Densitometry: Assessment and Management of Musculo-Skeletal Health publishes the latest clinical research on the uses of bone mass and density measurements in medical practice, as well as state-of-the-art review articles on critical topics.The Journal is committed to serving ISCD's mission - the education of heterogenous physician specialties and technologists who are involved in the clinical assessment of skeletal health. The Journal of Environmental Science and Health, Part B provides an outlet for original research reports on analytical techniques or improvements on existing methods applicable to residues of pesticides, veterinary drugs, food contaminants (natural and additive), and other chemical contaminants, and their metabolites in the ecosphere. The journal offers original factual reports on the chemistry, toxicology, persistence, binding, translocation, chemical and biodegradation, and metabolic fate of these chemicals; their effectual contamination of the biosphere; their environmental fate; methods of detoxification; and their toxicological considerations and consequences. The journal also encompasses the development of integrated methods of pest control and various aspects of agricultural wastes, , including treatment and disposal. Journal of Environmental Science and Health, Part B will also publish review articles summarizing and analyzing the state-of-the-art within the aims and scope of the journal. The Journal of Interprofessional Care aims to disseminate research and new developments in the field of interprofessional education and practice. We welcome contributions containing an explicit interprofessional focus, and involving a range of settings, professions, and fields. Areas of practice covered include primary, community and hospital care, health education and public health, and beyond health and social care into fields such as criminal justice and primary/elementary education. Papers introducing additional interprofessional views, for example, from a community development or environmental design perspective, are welcome. The Journal is disseminated internationally and encourages submissions from around the world. The Journal of Interprofessional Care publishes the following types of articles:Peer-reviewed original research articles, systematic/analytical reviews and theoretical papers that focus on an element of interprofessional education or practice. Peer-reviewed short reports that describe research in progress or completed, or an innovation in the field of interprofessional care. Nutrition Research publishes research articles, communications, and reviews on all aspects of basic and applied nutrition. The mission of Nutrition Research is to serve as the journal for global communication of nutrition and life sciences research on food and health. The field of nutritional sciences includes, but is not limited to, the study of nutrients during growth, reproduction, athletic performance, aging, and disease.A principal focus of the journal is to publish research that advances the understanding of nutrients and health protectants in food for improving the human condition. Of interest are manuscripts on the development of biomarkers for assessing how dietary components influence health status in the human.The journal also encourages submission of manuscripts describing investigations in animal models and cell cultures that utilize methodologic approaches or techniques in biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology, toxicology, and physiology.
