DSR is a fully Open Access journal, meaning that papers will be permanently open to access online immediately upon publication, enabling anyone, anywhere in the world, to read, download and share the entire research paper.

All manuscript submissions are subject to initial appraisal by the Editorial team, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees.

European Journal of Haematology is an international journal for communication of basic and clinical research in haematology. The journal welcomes manuscripts on molecular, cellular and clinical research on diseases of the blood, vascular and lymphatic tissue, and on basic molecular and cellular research related to normal development and function of the blood, vascular and lymphatic tissue. The journal also welcomes reviews on clinical haematology and basic research, case reports, and clinical pictures.

The Central European Journal of Operations Research is the official journal of the Österreichische Gesellschaft für Operations Research. The journal offers high quality papers that cover the theory and practice of operations research and the relationship of operations research methods to modern quantitative economics and business administration. Each issue expands our understanding of managerial problems in complex systems and supports the decision-making process. The Saudi Journal of Health Systems Research is a peer-reviewed, Open Access online journal dedicated to healthcare management. It is the official publication of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ´s Ministry of Health and the Ministry’s voice to the global scientific community. The journal fosters an environment of research excellence to elevate scientific research in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This journal welcomes papers that cover research, trends, and techniques in health systems and includes articles in hospital and healthcare management and policies, health economics, and digital health. In addition, papers covering multidisciplinary topics with impact on the health sector are welcome. Manuscripts on these topics can be submitted in the form of original research articles, case studies and reports, review articles, systematic reviews, discussions, guidelines, and brief reports. In this forum, clinicians and researchers can communicate their findings to a broader scientific community and contribute to the development of public health and well-being.

Review Process

Research in Middle Level Education Online (RMLE Online) uses a triple-blind review process. Manuscripts are initially reviewed by the Editor. Manuscripts that meet the journal's standards are forwarded to three reviewers who serve on the Editorial Review Board. A decision regarding publication is typically reached within two months of the date the manuscript is sent out for review. This decision is communicated to the corresponding author by email.

The Journal of Phycology was founded in 1965 by the Phycological Society of America. The Journal is a leading international journal and publishes research from all over the world. All aspects of basic and applied research on algae are included to provide a common medium for the ecologist, physiologist, cell biologist, molecular biologist, morphologist, oceanographer, acquaculturist, systematist, geneticist, and biochemist. The Journal also welcomes research that emphasizes algal interactions with other organisms and the roles of algae as components of natural ecosystems. Papers are accepted on the basis of their original and meritorious data and ideas; our focus is on research articles but mini-reviews and reviews are solicited on especially important and timely subjects. The Journal of European Social Policy publishes articles quarterly on all aspects of social policy in Europe. Articles deal with a wide range of social policy issues including ageing, pensions and social security, poverty and social exclusion, education, training and labour market policies, family policies, health and social care services, gender, migration, privatisation and Europeanisation.

ANNALS OF FOREST RESEARCH is a semestrial open access journal, which publishes research articles and notes and critical review papers. Articles are peer-reviewed and should be original, of high scientific quality and of international interest. The journal scope is to cover aspects of both basic and applied research of all domain of forestry sciences and other related sciences, which contribute to forest sustainable management.

M&SOM is the INFORMS journal for operations management (OM). The purpose of the journal is to publish high-impact manuscripts that report relevant research on important problems in operations management. This research can be prescriptive or descriptive, but in either case the intent of the research is to develop enduring knowledge that can lead to more efficient and effective processes for the creation and delivery of goods and services.
