Astronomy Reports (Astronomicheskii Zhurnal), founded in 1924, is the most prominent astronomy journal in the former Soviet Union. It is also widely known and cited abroad. The journal publishes original papers on astronomical topics, including theoretical and observational astrophysics, physics of the Sun, planetary astrophysics, radioastronomy, stellar astronomy, celestial mechanics, and astronomy methods and instrumentation. It also publishes chronicles, proceedings of international conferences, and book reviews.

Astrophysical Bulletin presents original and review papers in various fields of modern astrophysics. Topics covered include problems of astrophysical observations of stars and galaxies, cosmology, astrophysical instrumentation. Anglo Saxonica is a multidisciplinary journal that publishes original and innovative research on a variety of issues relevant to the study of English(es), broadly understood both as language and as all the literatures and cultures of the English-speaking world. In so doing, Anglo Saxonica also promotes dialogue among English-speaking geocultural areas. Its editorial policy promotes the thematic cohesion of each volume, open to different academic approaches on current issues in English and American studies, including original research articles, reviews, interviews and selections of creative writing. The journal also publishes special issues with a particular thematic focus that are guest-edited by leading scholars in the field.

All the works submitted, in English or in Portuguese, are subjected to initial appraisal by the editors and, if found suitable for further consideration, to double blind peer review by independent expert referees.

Caucasiana is an international peer-reviewed open-access, free-of-charge online journal that covers all research branches related to biodiversity in the Caucasus region and adjacent areas. The journal is a successor of the "Proceedings of the Institute of Zoology" which were Georgian zoological, print only journal for a long time. Caucasiana will however lunched in order to widen and enhance biodiversity research and publishing in the poorly studied Cuacasus biodviersity hot-spot and surroundings. While there is no bias with regards the branches of biodiversity sciences or manuscript size, journal only considers manuscripts related to biodiversity of Caucasus and adjacent areas given sufficient novelty and high quality of research.
