There is a great void that is perceptible between the research being performed and the research actually being published in India and other developing countries. INJMS aims to fill this void. A salient feature in this journal is the Undergraduate Publication Corner wherein research works of undergraduate students will be published. "Undergraduate Student Editors" have been included for this purpose. The journal also lays special emphasis on publications in the field of medical education, research methodology and biostatistics. The Indian Journal of Medical Specialities Trust, which publishes INJMS, also holds annual conferences and workshops on scientific paper-writing and research methodology. Benefits to authors
