Materials Today is the gateway to materials science and home to the leading Open Access Journal. Visit www.materialstoday.com for access to the journal and much more.
Materials Today Chemistry is a multi-disciplinary journal focused on all aspects of materials chemistry.
Materials chemistry is one of the fastest developing areas of science, covering the application of chemistry-based techniques to the study of materials; including materials synthesis and behavior, and the relationships between material structure and properties at the atomic and molecular scale. Materials Today Chemistry provides a high impact forum for the discussion of research that is helping advance the field through new discoveries and new techniques.
Furthering the Materials Today mission to aid the creation and sharing of materials science knowledge and experience,
Peer-reviewed articles that meet the standards of quality set by the Editors and Referees of our sister journals, but which were considered unsuitable for publication in those journals, will be automatically accepted for publication in
*provided that the manuscript is amended according to the comments of the reviewers, and as judged by the managing editor.
Accepted proceedings are published on ScienceDirect and available via
Supported by the journal Editor, organizers are fully credited with their issue and are responsible for quality control, the review process and the content of individual conference papers.
Templates (both Latex and Word) are provided to assist in the publication and the final online papers contain linked references, XML versions and DOI numbers.
The journal offers Full Open Access, Hybrid Open Access and traditional Subscription based publishing options. The cost for both Open Access Issues and Open Access articles is set at a special introductory rate of $100 per paper for conferences accepted before 31st December 2015.

Materials World is specifically devoted to the engineering materials cycle, from mining and extraction, through processing and application, to recycling and recovery. Editorially, it embraces the whole spectrum of materials and minerals – metals, plastics, polymers, rubber, composites, ceramics and glasses – with particular emphasis on advanced technologies, latest developments and new applications, giving prominence to the topics that are of fundamental importance to those in industry.
Materials and Manufacturing Processes deals with issues that result in better utilization of raw materials and energy, integration of design and manufacturing activities requiring the invention of suitable new manufacturing processes and techniques, unmanned production dependent on efficient and reliable control of various processes including intelligent processing, introduction of new materials in industrial production necessitating new manufacturing process technology, and more. Information is offered in various formats, including research articles, letter reports, review articles, conference papers, applied research, book and conference reviews, patent reports, and entire issues devoted to symposia. Publication office: Taylor & Francis, Inc., 325 Chestnut Street, Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
Materials and Structures, the flagship publication of the International Union of Laboratories and Experts in Construction Materials, Systems and Structures (RILEM), provides a unique international and interdisciplinary forum for new research findings on the performance of construction materials. A leader in cutting-edge research, the journal is dedicated to the publication of high quality papers examining the fundamental properties of building materials, their characterization and processing techniques, modeling, standardization of test methods, and the application of research results in building and civil engineering. Materials and Structures also publishes comprehensive reports prepared by the RILEM’s technical committees.
Materials at High Temperatures publishes peer reviewed contributions relating to high temperature applications in the power, chemical, engine, processing and furnace industries.
Materials for Quantum Technology is a multidisciplinary, open access journal devoted to publishing cutting-edge research on the development and application of materials for all quantum-enabled technologies and devices.
