Journal of Forestry Research (JFR), a quarterly journal published by the Northeast Forestry University and Ecological Society of China under administration of the Ministry of Education of P. R. China, was founded in 1990. As an English language journal, the journal mainly reports on practice and research in Ecosystem management, Forest management, Tree breeding, Silviculture, Forest ecology, Landscape ecology, Forest soils, Forest disease and insects, Wildlife ecology and management, Biology engineering and technology, Wood science, Technology of wood processing, Forest engineering. The journal publishes critical reviews, original research papers, technical notes, and short communications. All papers are subject to peer review and are published online on SpringerLink on average within 40 days of acceptance.

The Journal of Fourier Analysis and Applications will publish results in Fourier analysis, as well as applicable mathematics having a significant Fourier analytic component. Appropriate manuscripts at the highest research level will be accepted for publication. Because of the extensive, intricate, and fundamental relationship between Fourier analysis and so many other subjects, select and readable surveys will also be published. These surveys will include historical articles, research tutorials, and expositions of specific topics.The Journal of Fourier Analysis and Applications will provide a perspective and means for centralizing and disseminating new information from the vantage point of Fourier analysis. Journal of Ichthyology is an English version of Voprosy ikhtiologii. Since its foundation in 1953, as an irregulary published collection of papers, and its establishment as a periodical in 1961, it has remained the leading domestic journal in all fields of ichthyology. All articles are reviewed and cover fish ecology, morphology, genetics, physiology, embryology, systematics and fisheries biology. The Editorial Board welcomes articles from all countries of the world, provided they meet our scientific standards. Papers that are submitted in English and accepted by the Editorial Board are translated into Russian. Both versions are published simultaneously in Journal of Ichthyology and Voprosy Ikhtiologii, respectively.

The Journal of Inclusion Phenomena and Macrocyclic Chemistry is the premier publication reporting on original, interdisciplinary research on all aspects of host-guest systems. Specific areas of interest include the preparation and characterization of new hosts and new host-guest systems, especially those involving macrocyclic ligands; crystallographic, spectroscopic, thermodynamic and theoretical studies; applications in chromatography and inclusion polymerization; enzyme modelling; molecular recognition and catalysis by inclusion compounds; intercalates in biological and non-biological systems, cyclodextrin complexes and their applications in the agriculture, flavoring, food and pharmaceutical industries; synthesis, characterization and applications of zeolites.From time to time the journal also presents critical reviews dealing with recent advances in the field.

The Journal of Mathematical Fluid Mechanics (JMFM) is a forum for the publication of high-quality peer-reviewed papers on the mathematical theory of fluid mechanics, with special regards to the Navier-Stokes equations. As an important part of that, the journal encourages papers dealing with mathematical aspects of computational theory, as well as with applications in science and engineering.
