Evidence & Policy is the first peer-reviewed journal dedicated to comprehensive and critical assessment of the relationship between research evidence and the concerns of policy makers and practitioners, as well as researchers.

Future Cardiology reflects a new era of cardiology and highlights the new molecular approach to advancing cardiovascular therapy. Coverage also reflects the major technological advances in bioengineering in cardiology in terms of advanced and robust devices, miniaturization, imaging, system modeling and information management issues. We also take a new approach to the way information is structured and delivered, so that its value is maximized to the reader. Future Cardiology provides a forward-looking, authoritative perspective with a readily accessible format to inform future clinical practice in cardiovascular care. Integrated molecular approaches will have a great impact on cardiovascular healthcare in the future. However, the expense of such treatments viewed alongside the increasingly aging population will require a fundamental review of how this care is provided, and exploration of their relevance in the clinical setting, to inform future clinical practice in cardiovascular care.

Zielsetzung der Zeitschrift
Gefässchirurgie informiert über aktuelle Entwicklungen in der vaskulären und endovaskulären Chirurgie. Die Zeitschrift wendet sich an Gefäßchirurgen und Spezialisten angrenzender Fachgebiete in Praxis, Klinik und Forschung.
Praxisorientierte Übersichtsarbeiten greifen ausgewählte Themen auf und bieten dem Leser eine Zusammenstellung aktueller Erkenntnisse aus allen Bereichen der Gefäßchirurgie. Neben der Vermittlung von relevantem Hintergrundwissen liegt der Schwerpunkt dabei auf der Bewertung wissenschaftlicher Ergebnisse und praktischer Erfahrung. Der Leser erhält konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen.
Frei eingereichte Originalien ermöglichen die Präsentation wichtiger klinischer Studien und dienen dem wissenschaftlichen Austausch.

Heart & Lung: The Journal of Acute and Critical Care, the official publication of The American Association of Heart Failure Nurses, presents original, peer-reviewed articles on techniques, advances, investigations, and observations related to the care of patients with acute and critical illness and patients with chronic cardiac or pulmonary disorders.The Journal's acute care articles focus on the care of hospitalized patients, including those in the critical and acute care settings. Because most patients who are hospitalized in acute and critical care settings have chronic conditions, we are also interested in the chronically critically ill, the care of patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disorders, their rehabilitation, and disease prevention. The Journal's heart failure articles focus on all aspects of the care of patients with this condition. Manuscripts that are relevant to populations across the human lifespan are welcome.We are interested in publishing articles representing a broad range of science and clinical practice in a variety of settings as it pertains to our target population. Because health care and the health sciences are global, interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and transdisciplinary, we encourage authors to submit manuscripts that reflect these perspectives. HeartRhythm Case Reports provides rapid online electronic publication of the most important current case reports, illustrations, and educational vignettes in the field of cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiology. The Journal publishes case reports and series devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders, as well as the electrophysiology of the heart and blood vessels.
