The journal publishes Case Reports and Clinical Reviews on all aspects of the digestive tract, liver, biliary tract, and pancreas. Critical Case Reports that show originality or have educational implications for diagnosis and treatment are especially encouraged for submission. Systematic and personal reviews of clinical gastroenterology are also welcomed. The journal aims for quick publication of such critical Case Reports and Clinical Reviews.

Clinical and Translational Gastroenterology is published on behalf of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG). Clinical and Translational Gastroenterology is a peer-reviewed open access online journal dedicated to innovative clinical work in the field of gastroenterology and hepatology. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to, epidemiology and preventative medicine. This journal also welcomes hypothesis-generating case series, methods papers, and translational research.

Clinics and Research in Hepatology and Gastroenterology (formerly Gastroentérologie Clinique et Biologique: title change in january 2011) publishes high quality papers in the field of hepatology and gastroenterology in English language. The editors put the accent on rapid communication of new research and clinical developments and so called "hot topic" issues. Following a clear Editorial line, besides original articles and case reports, each issue features editorials, commentaries, a seminar, mini-reviews, pictorial reviews and several keynotes. The journal encourages research and discussion between all those involved in the specialty on an international level. Articles in press are online and indexed in the international databases (Current Contents, Pubmed, Scopus, Science Direct).

Clinics in Colon and Rectal Surgery is a quarterly review journal that publishes topic-specific issues on diseases of the small bowel, colon, rectum, and anus.

Diseases of the lower gastrointestinal tract are common, and offer a number of exciting challenges. Clinical, diagnostic and basic science research is expanding rapidly. There is increasing demand from purchasers of health care and patients for clinicians to keep abreast of the latest research and developments, and to translate these into routine practice. Technological advances in diagnosis, surgical technique, new pharmaceuticals, molecular genetics and other basic sciences have transformed many aspects of how diseases of the lower GI tract are managed. Such progress will accelerate. Colorectal Disease offers a real benefit to subscribers and authors. It is first and foremost a vehicle for publishing original research relating to the demanding, rapidly expanding field of colorectal diseases.

This journal aims to review the most important, recently published clinical findings related to the diagnosis, treatment, management, and prevention of colorectal cancer. By providing clear, insightful, balanced contributions by international experts, the journal intends to serve all those involved in the care of those with the disease.

We accomplish this aim by appointing international authorities to serve as Section Editors in key subject areas, such as prevention and early detection, current and emerging therapeutic approaches, and molecular epidemiology. Section Editors, in turn, select topics for which leading experts contribute comprehensive review articles that emphasize new developments and recently published papers of major importance, highlighted by annotated reference lists. An international Editorial Board reviews the annual table of contents, suggests articles of special interest to their country/region, and ensures that topics are current and include emerging research. Commentaries from well-known figures in the field are also provided.

As the field of gastroenterology and hepatology rapidly evolves, the wealth of published literature can be overwhelming. The aim of the journal is to help readers stay abreast of such advances by offering authoritative, systematic reviews by leading experts.

Digestive Endoscopy is published four times per year by Wiley-Blackwell Asia on behalf of the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society, the Asian Pacific Society for Digestive Endoscopy and the World Endoscopy Organization. Digestive Endoscopy is a journal for both gastrointestinal and surgical endoscopists focusing on new developments in gastrointestinal endoscopy through the publication of invited reviews from around the world. This will be supplemented by original articles and case reports of exceptional or unique interests. All articles are peer-reviewed by at least two experts in the field of the submitted paper.
