Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology seeks to advance the understanding and treatment of cognitive and behavioral difficulties caused by disorders of the central nervous system. Under the guidance of editor-in-chief Barry Gordon, MD, PhD and an expert international Editorial Board, Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology publishes peer-reviewed original articles and case reports, review articles, editorials, letters to the editor, book reviews, and announcements.This publication is the official journal of the Society for Behavioral and Cognitive Neurology.Full text online at www.cogbehavneurol.com.

Cognitive, Affective, & Behavioral Neuroscience (CABN) offers theoretical, review, and primary research articles on behavior and brain processes in humans. Coverage includes normal function as well as patients with injuries or processes that influence brain function: neurological disorders, including both healthy and disordered aging; and psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and depression. CABN is the leading vehicle for strongly psychologically motivated studies of brain–behavior relationships, through the presentation of papers that integrate psychological theory and the conduct and interpretation of the neuroscientific data. The range of topics includes perception, attention, memory, language, problem solving, reasoning, and decision-making; emotional processes, motivation, reward prediction, and affective states; and individual differences in relevant domains, including personality. Cognitive, Affective, & Behavioral Neuroscience is a publication of the Psychonomic Society.

CORTEX is an international journal devoted to the study of cognition andof the relationship between the nervous system and mental processes,particularly as these are reflected in the behaviour of patients withacquired brain lesions, normal volunteers, children with typical andatypical development, and in the activation of brain regions and systemsas recorded by functional neuroimaging techniques.It was founded in 1964 by Ennio De Renzi.

Current Opinion in Behavioral Sciences is a systematic, integrative review journal that provides a unique and educational platform for updates on the expanding volume of information published in the field of behavioral sciences. The journal will help the community by providing:

1. The views of experts on current advances in behavioral sciences in a clear and readable form.
2. Evaluations of the most interesting papers, annotated by experts, from the great wealth of original publications.

Current Opinion in Behavioral Sciences will serve as an invaluable source of information to researchers, lecturers, and students interested in all aspects of behavioral science. Papers will reflect the wide range of multidisciplinary approaches (including computational, genetics/epigenetics, and neuroscience) that are used to investigate questions in this field.

The Editorial Board provides support to the Editors and the Section Editors with their comments and suggestions on names and topics.

Review articles in Current Opinion in Behavioral Sciences are by invitation only.

Review Articles

Authors write short review articles in which they present recent developments in their subject, emphasizing the aspects that, in their opinion, are most important. In addition, they provide short annotations to the papers that they consider to be most interesting from all those published in their topic over the previous two years.

Section Editors write a short overview at the beginning of the section to introduce the reviews and to draw the reader's attention to any particularly interesting developments.

Publishing research in cognitive and behavioral sciences, focusing on clinical epidemiology, basic and applied neurosciences, and cognitive tests devised or adapted for populations with heterogeneous cultural, educational and socioeconomic backgrounds. Dementia & Neuropsychologia is particularly involved in publishing research relevant to developing countries, and also seeks to disseminate reviews and case reports that are important contributions to neurological, psychiatric, geriatric, neuropsychological, speech therapy, occupational therapy and related fields.

As a unique forum devoted exclusively to the study of cognitive dysfunction, Dementia and Geriatric Cognitive Disorders concentrates on Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease, Huntington disease, and other neurodegenerative diseases. The journal draws from diverse related research disciplines such as psychogeriatrics, neuropsychology, clinical neurology, morphology, physiology, genetics, molecular biology, pathology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, and pharmaceutics. A strong emphasis is placed on the publication of research findings from animal studies, which are complemented by clinical and therapeutic experience to give an overall appreciation of the field.

The journal publishes theoretical and research papers on cognitive brain development, from infancy through childhood and adolescence and into adulthood. It covers neurocognitive development and neurocognitive processing in both typical and atypical development, including social and affective aspects. Evolutionary Intelligence is an international journal devoted to the publication and dissemination of theoretical and practical aspects of the use of population-based search for artificial intelligence. Techniques of interest include evolving rule-based systems, evolving artificial neural networks, evolving fuzzy systems, evolving Bayesian and statistical approaches, artificial immune systems, and hybrid systems which combine evolutionary computation with other A.I. techniques in general. The journal contains research papers, review articles, short notes and letters to the editor. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, memory, vision, planning, knowledge representation and construction, robotics, neuroscience, language, development and learning, and all aspects of cognitive science. Focus on Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities (FOCUS) offers practical educational and treatment suggestions for teachers, trainers, and parents of persons with autism or other pervasive developmental disabilities. FOCUS offers original research reports, position papers reflecting diverse philosophical and theoretical positions, effective intervention procedures, descriptions of successful programs, and media reviews.

Hippocampus provides a forum for the exchange of current information between investigators interested in the neurobiology of the hippocampal formation and related structures. While the relationships of submitted papers to the hippocampal formation will be evaluated liberally, the substance of appropriate papers should deal with the hippocampal formation per se or with the interaction between the hippocampal formation and other brain regions. The scope of the journal is wide: single and multidisciplinary experimental studies from all fields of basic science, theoretical papers, papers dealing with hippocampal preparations as models for understanding the central nervous system, and clinical studies will be considered for publication. The Editor especially encourages the submission of papers that contribute to a functional understanding of the hippocampal formation.

International Journal of Alzheimer's Disease is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and clinical studies in all areas of Alzheimer's disease.
