Doklady Physics is a monthly journal containing English translations of current Russian research in physics, technical physics, astronomy, and mechanics from Doklady Akademii Nauk (Proceedings of the Russian Academy of Sciences). The Proceedings appear 36 times a year; the physics sections are collected, translated, and published in 12 issues a year. Doklady Physics publishes the most significant new research in physics being done in Russia today, thus ensuring its scientific priority.The Editorial Board of Doklady Akademii Nauk (Proceedings of the Russian Academy of Sciences) accepts new articles in the Russian language, formatted in accordance with the Rules for Authors. The article must be presented for publication by acting Russian or foreign members of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

EFM covers a broad range of topics in fracture mechanics to be of interest and use to both researchers and practitioners. Contributions are welcome which address the fracture behavior of conventional engineering material systems as well as newly emerging material systems. Contributions on developments in the areas of mechanics and materials science strongly related to fracture mechanics are also welcome. Papers on fatigue are welcome if they treat the fatigue process using the methods of fracture mechanics.The Editors especially solicit contributions which synthesize experimental and theoretical-computational studies yielding results with direct engineering significance.

The Journal of Fuel Cell Science and Technology publishes peer-reviewed archival scholarly articles, Research Papers, Technical Briefs, and feature articles on all aspects of the science, engineering, and manufacturing of fuel cells of all types. Beginning with a vision of a "materials-blind" society in the late 1960s, a few forward-looking individuals, with an eye toward advancing the cause of interdisciplinary research, made that vision a reality--the Materials Research Society, officially founded in 1973. The Society's core principles were interdisciplinarity, focused symposia, and greater interaction among researchers. These principles make MRS different from single-discipline professional societies because they encourage communication and technical information exchange across the various fields of science affecting materials.

The aim of the Journal of Mechanical Science and Technology is to provide an international forum for the publication and dissemination of original work that contributes to the understanding of the main and related disciplines of mechanical engineering, either empirical or theoretical. International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials (formerly known as Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing) is an international journal devoted to publishing original research articles (and occasional invited reviews) on all aspects of minerals processing, physical metallurgy, process metallurgy, and materials science and processing. CrystEngComm is the forum for the design and understanding of crystalline materials. It publishes studies on the investigation of molecular behaviour within crystals, control of nucleation and crystal growth, engineering of crystal structures, and construction of crystalline materials with tuneable properties and functions. Engineering Failure Analysis publishes research papers describing the analysis of engineering failures and related studies.Papers relating to the structure, properties and behaviour of engineering materials are encouraged, particularly those which also involve the detailed application of materials parameters to problems in engineering structures, components and design. In addition to the area of materials engineering, the interacting fields of mechanical, manufacturing, aeronautical, civil, chemical, corrosion and design engineering are considered relevant. Activity should be directed at analysing engineering failures and carrying out research to help reduce the incidences of failures and to extend the operating horizons of engineering materials.
