The International Journal of Finance and Economics aims to publish articles of high quality dealing with issues in international finance which impact on national and global economies. While maintaining the high standards of a fully refereed academic journal, with technical, empirical and theoretical material, IJFE articles will also be accessible to non-specialists, policy-makers and practitioners. Each paper will be prefaced by a non-technical summary of up to 500 words and, on an occasional basis, IJFE will publish a feature article on a major issue in international finance, written at a non-technical, but academically rigorous, level. IJFE will concern itself with issues such as exchange rates, balance of payments, financial institutions, risk analysis, international banking and portfolio management, financial market regulation, Third World debt, European monetary union, the financial aspects of transition economies, financial instruments and international financial policy co-ordination. Prostate International (Prostate Int, PI), the official English-language journal of Asian Pacific Prostate Society (APPS), is an international peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to basic and clinical studies on prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatitis, and other prostatic diseases. It is published four times per year, March 30, June 30, September 30, and December 30. Its formal abbreviation is Prostate Int. Original articles and topical reviews on various prostate-related conditions and problems are published in Prostate International, covering the state-of-the-art contents. Cultura y Educación, Revista de teoría, investigación y práctica is an international journal admitting reflection articles on educational research and teaching experiences –duly evaluated– that deal with school, family, and social educational phenomena culturally situated throughout all life stages. All manuscripts are evaluated by external referees.Cultura y Educación will be of interest to researchers and professionals from education and cultural related disciplines, psychologists and educators working in diverse contexts (school, community, university), social and community workers.

An international, refereed journal, Gender, Technology and Development serves as a forum for exploring the linkages between gender relations, development and/or technological change. The objective of the journal is to provide a platform for original research and theorizing on the shifting meanings of gender, as it relates to advances in science and technologies and/or to social, political, economic, and cultural change. In particular, the journal is interested in addressing these in the context of transnational phenomena and engaging in dialogues that cut across geographical boundaries. 

PHILOSOPHY & PUBLIC AFFAIRS contains philosophical discussions of substantive legal, social, and political problems, as well as discussions of the more abstract questions to which these discussions give rise. The journal is designed to fill the need for a periodical in which philosophers with different viewpoints and philosophically inclined writers from various disciplines can bring their distinctive methods to bear on problems of concern to everyone.

Politics & Society (PAS), a peer-reviewed quarterly, publishes well-researched articles that raise questions about the way the world is organized politically, economically, and socially. Established in the late 1960s as an alternative, critical voice of the social sciences, PAS regularly debates the theory of the state, class analysis, politics of gender, methodological individualism and rational choice, and the future of capitalism and socialism.

Sociological Inquiry (SI) is the journal of Alpha Kappa Delta, the International Sociology Honor Society. SI is committed to the exploration of the human condition in all of its social and cultural complexity. We are particularly interested in well-written papers that challenge us to look anew at traditional areas or identify novel areas for us to investigate. Both theoretical and empirical work is welcome, as are the varied research methods in the study of social and cultural life.

Papers published in Manual Therapy are international, multidisciplinary, with an over-arching clinical focus.

Manual Therapy will publish papers that show depth, rigour, originality and high standards of presentation which inform the evidence base relating to mechanisms of dysfunction and rehabilitation methods; best practice; the service user experience and perspectives; clinical reasoning and decision making; and assessment and clinical management of musculoskeletal disorders.

Quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research articles are welcomed as well as systematic and scholarly reviews which meet and develop the journal's high academic and ethical standards. Other regular features include Masterclasses, Case Reports, Professional Issues and Technical and measurement reports.

Studies in Art Education is a quarterly journal that reports quantitative, qualitative, historical, and philosophical research in art education, including explorations of theory and practice in the areas of art production, art criticism, aesthetics, art history, human development, curriculum and instruction, and assessment. Studies also publishes reports of applicable research in related fields such as anthropology, education, psychology, philosophy, and sociology.

Manuscripts must be typed, double-spaced, have appropriate margins, consist of approximately 5,000 words, and include an abstract of 75-150 words. The International Journal of Law and Psychiatry is intended to provide a multi-disciplinary forum for the exchange of ideas and information among professionals concerned with the interface of law and psychiatry. There is a growing awareness of the need for exploring the fundamental goals of both the legal and psychiatric systems and the social implications of their interaction. The journal seeks to enhance understanding and cooperation in the field through the varied approaches represented, not only by law and psychiatry, but also by the social sciences and related disciplines. Educational Studies aims to provide a forum for original investigations and theoretical studies in education. The journal publishes fully refereed papers which cover applied and theoretical approaches to the study of education and its closely related disciplines.
