International Studies Quarterly, the official journal of the International Studies Association, seeks to acquaint a broad audience of readers with the best work being done in the variety of intellectual traditions included under the rubric of international studies. Therefore, the editors welcome all submissions addressing this community's theoretical, empirical, and normative concerns. First preference will continue to be given to articles that address and contribute to important disciplinary and interdisciplinary questions and controversies. As part of an ongoing movement toward concerns over community access to data employed in empirical enquiries, and the related possibilities for replication and cumulation, the editors will require authors whose articles are accepted for publication to ensure that their data are fully accessible. Authors of quantitative empirical articles must make their data available for replication purposes. A statement of how that is done must appear in the first footnote of the article. Required material would include all data, specialized computer programs, program recodes, and an explanatory file describing what is included and how to reproduce the published results. ISQ is published four times a year for the International Studies Association by Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

The world of public policy has become an increasingly small one as a consequence of dramatic changes to global political and economic institutional structures and to nation states themselves. These changes at the structural level of the global system have impacted upon the work of public organizations either directly or indirectly and have broadened the field of action in policy studies. Policy Studies explores the implications of these changes for both the study and the practice of policy-making. It has five main areas of intellectual interest:To broaden the lens of policy analysis through the publication of research which locates policy-making within a theoretical, historical or comparative perspective.To widen the field of enquiry in policy analysis through the publication of research that examines policy issues in a British, comparative, international or global context.To promote constructive debate on theoretical, methodological and empirical issues in policy analysis.To encourage greater interaction between the world of academia and the world of practice through the encouragement of articles from practitioners and academics with real practical significance.To stay apace with developments in the international field of action through the publication of country reports on administrative developments. The Journal of Management and Governance (JMG) is an international journal dedicated to advancing the understanding of corporate governance issues within and throughout privately-held firms, publicly-held corporations and government-controlled organizations. The journal is devoted to exploring the links between management and governance through both theoretical analyses and empirical investigations to improve the understanding of all the rules, codes, principles, practices, processes, mechanisms, structure and relationships, as well as institutions, networks and individuals affecting the way firms and organizations are managed, administered and controlled. Mitochondrial DNA Part A publishes original high-quality manuscripts on physical, chemical, and biochemical aspects of mtDNA and proteins involved in mtDNA metabolism, and/or interactions. Manuscripts on cytosolic and extracellular mtDNA, and on dysfunction caused by alterations in mtDNA integrity as well as methodological papers detailing novel approaches for mtDNA manipulation in vitro and in vivo are welcome. Descriptive papers on DNA sequences from mitochondrial genomes, and also analytical papers in the areas of population genetics, phylogenetics and human evolution that use mitochondrial DNA as a source of evidence for studies will be considered for publication. The Journal also considers manuscripts that examine population genetic and systematic theory that specifically address the use of mitochondrial DNA sequences, as well as papers that discuss the utility of mitochondrial DNA information in medical studies and in human evolutionary biology.

The Archaeological Journal  is the prestigious peer-reviewed publication of the Royal Archaeological Institute.
