The Annals of Saudi Medicine is a Bimonthly multidisciplinary medical journal published by the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We publish scientific reports on human subjects in the form of original articles, brief reports, case reports, and letters. We also accept review articles, special communications and editorials.All submissions are subject to peer review by the Editorial Board and by referees in appropriate specialties. Race, ethnicity and nationalism are at the heart of many of the major social and political issues in the present global environment. New antagonisms have emerged which require a rethinking of traditional theoretical and empirical perspectives. The most important function of a sport sociological journal like the European Journal for Sport and Society (EJSS) is to enable an international discussion about current issues and to foster collaboration between researchers from all social scientific sub-disciplines.
