This journal is devoted exclusively to publishing the transactions of various Russian Academy of Sciences congresses, conferences, symposia and school seminars across the fields of physics, thus providing access to a very large body of authoritative, advanced research results in pure and applied physics in Russia and the former Soviet Union.
