The mission of the Dubai Medical Journal is to encourage innovative research by promoting original scientific research in the fields of medicine, health sciences, nursing, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory work in addition to women’s and children’s health. Nonclinical subjects related to medicine, especially ethics and complementary medicine as well as social and cultural observations, are also covered. As international as Dubai itself, the journal offers a global perspective, but also focuses on the United Arab Emirates. Partnerships with local and international medical and health authorities are envisaged.
The journal facilitates the dissemination of information through research articles, review articles, case reports, editorials, letters, book reviews, meta-analyses and commentaries. An educational corner will help to ensure continuous professional development and education. Besides this, the journal also offers a platform for controversies, mythology, and much more.

ELT Journal is a quarterly publication for all those involved in the field of teaching English as a second or foreign language. The Indo-Iranian Journal, founded in 1957, focuses on the ancient and medieval languages and cultures of South Asia and of pre-islamic Iran. It publishes articles on Indo-Iranian languages (linguistics and literatures), such as Sanskrit, Avestan, Middle Iranian and Middle & New Indo-Aryan. It publishes specialized research on ancient Iranian religion and the Indian religions, such as the Veda, Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism (including Tibetan). The journal welcomes epigraphical studies as well as general contributions to the understanding of the (pre-modern) history and culture of South Asia. Illustrations are accepted. A substantial part of Indo-Iranian Journal is reserved for reviews of new research. Twice a year it contains a detailed bibliography of all publications received. The Internal Medicine Journal, formerly known as the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Medicine, is the official journal of the Adult Medicine Division of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP). Its purpose is to publish high-quality internationally competitive peer-reviewed original medical research, both laboratory and clinical, relating to the study and research of human disease. The International Journal of Language & Communication Disorders (IJLCD) is the official journal of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists. The Journal welcomes submissions on all aspects of speech, language, communication disorders and speech and language therapy. It provides a forum for the exchange of information and discussion of issues of clinical or theoretical relevance in the above areas. The Journal, established in 1966, publishes a range of articles, including research reports, reviews, discussions and clinical fora, as well as editorials or commentaries commissioned by the editors.
