Al-Masaq: Journal of the Medieval Mediterranean is an international journal covering all aspects of Mediterranean culture from the fifth to the fifteenth centuries CE. It is concerned with fostering interdisciplinary and cross-cultural investigation of the Mediterranean region, creating a forum of ideas, encouraging debate on the intercommunal and transnational crosspollination within the Mediterranean, and promoting innovatory research.
