The Journal of Liquid Chromatography & Related Technologies is an internationally acclaimed forum for fast publication of critical, peer reviewed manuscripts dealing with analytical, preparative and process scale liquid chromatography and all of its related technologies, including TLC, capillary electrophoresis, capillary electrochromatography, supercritical fluid chromatography and extraction, field-flow technologies, affinity, and much more. New separation methodologies are added when they are developed. Papers dealing with research and development results, as well as critical reviews of important technologies, are published in the Journal.

The Journal of Literary Studies, published in both English and Afrikaans, provides a forum for the discussion of literary theory, methodology, research, and related matters. It features articles, commentary, book reviews and general announcements. All contributions are peer-reviewed. The Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease, sponsored by the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, is the source for the latest science in the field of diagnosis, etiology, and therapy of pathologic conditions of the cervix, vagina, and vulva. The aim of the Journal of Mechanical Science and Technology is to provide an international forum for the publication and dissemination of original work that contributes to the understanding of the main and related disciplines of mechanical engineering, either empirical or theoretical. The Journal covers the whole spectrum of mechanical engineering, which includes, but is not limited to, Materials and Design Engineering, Production Engineering and Fusion Technology, Dynamics, Vibration and Control, Thermal Engineering and Fluids Engineering.    Manuscripts may fall into several categories including full articles, solicited reviews or commentary, and unsolicited reviews or commentary related to the core of mechanical engineering. The Journal of Neuroscience Methods publishes papers that describe new methods for neuroscience research conducted in invertebrates or vertebrate model species, or in man. Major methodological improvements or important refinements of established neuroscience methods are also considered for publication. The Journal's Scope includes all aspects of contemporary neuroscience research, including anatomical, behavioural, biochemical, cellular, computational, molecular, invasive and non-invasive imaging, optogenetics, physiological, system and clinical research investigations. The Journal no longer publishes papers that deal exclusively with muscle function, evoked muscle activity, kinematics and eye research. Clinical trials are not considered for publication.

This journal is devoted to the rapidly advancing research and development in the field of nonlinear interactions of light with matter. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, fundamental nonlinear optical processes, novel nonlinear material properties, guided waves and solitons, intense field phenomena, and their applications in laser and coherent lightwave amplification, guiding, switching, modulation, communication and information processing. The Journal of Optometry (JO) is the scientific, peer-reviewed publication of the Spanish General Council of Optometry. The readership of JO includes Optometrists, Ophthalmologists and Visual Scientists as well as undergraduate and post-graduate students in these fields.The JO publishes Full-Length Original Articles, Technical Reports, Critical Reviews, Case Reports, Editorials, Letters to Editor and other Authors. Manuscripts must be submitted in the English language irrespective of the native language of the authors. Within each issue, all abstracts will be translated into Spanish by the Editorial Office. Periodically, selected articles from each issue will also be translated into Spanish in order to spread the scientific knowledge and expand the readership of the journal.

The Journal will publish papers of highly scientific value primarily related to oral and maxillofacial surgery, medicine, and pathology. It will also cover the wide scope of oral and maxillofacial sciences, including oral oncology, oral radiology, and oral biology. The Journal of Orthopaedics, Trauma and Rehabilitation (JOTR) is a peer-reviewed scientific publication of the Hong Kong College of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Hong Kong Orthopaedic Association. The Journal welcomes articles that contribute to orthopaedics, trauma, orthopaedic rehabilitation and related knowledge from all countries. Full text and open assess of all manuscripts are provided on websites for citation and searching by peers instantly in order to share the updated medical scientific knowledge to promote good care of orthopaedic patients in the world. The Journal of Persianate Studies is a publication of the Association for the Study of Persianate Societies. The journal publishes articles on the culture and civilization of the geographical area where Persian has historically been the dominant language or a major cultural force, encompassing Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, as well as the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, and parts of the former Ottoman Empire. Its focus on the linguistic, cultural and historical role and influence of Persian culture and Iranian civilization in this area is based on a recognition that knowledge flows from pre-existing facts but is also constructed and thus helps shape the present reality of the Persianate world. Such knowledge can mitigate the leveling effects of globalization as well as counteract the distortions of the area’s common historical memory and civilizational continuity by the divisive forces of modern nationalism and imperialism. .

Journal of Personalized Medicine (JPM; ISSN 2075-4426) is an international, open access journal aimed at bringing all aspects of personalized medicine to one platform. JPM publishes cutting edge, innovative preclinical and translational scientific research and technologies related to personalized medicine (e.g., pharmacogenomics/proteomics, systems biology). JPM recognizes that personalized medicine—the assessment of genetic, environmental and host factors that cause variability of individuals—is a challenging, transdisciplinary topic that requires discussions from a range of experts. For a comprehensive perspective of personalized medicine, JPM aims to integrate expertise from the molecular and translational sciences, therapeutics and diagnostics, as well as discussions of regulatory, social, ethical and policy aspects. We provide a forum to bring together academic and clinical researchers, biotechnology, diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies, health professionals, regulatory and ethical experts, and government and regulatory authorities.

The Journal of Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics is devoted to illustrating the importance of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacometrics in the understanding of drug action, therapy, design, development, and evaluation. It presents experimental and theoretical papers examining the kinetics of drug disposition and drug action; clinical pharmacokinetics; factors affecting formation and disposition of drug metabolites; dosage form evaluation from animals and humans; bioavailabilty studies, scaling from animals to humans, and in vitro and in vivo correlations. A special section is provided for papers addressing pharmacometrics, the computational and statistical methods used for the modeling, analysis, interpretation, and simulation of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data. Most published papers illustrate and apply their finding to real-world observations in animals and/or humans. Journal of Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics publishes six issues a year.

This international journal publishes original scientific articles, short communications and reviews on all aspects of phytopathology on the population, organism, physiological, biochemical and molecular genetic level. The scope is on plant diseases induced by microbial pathogens, viruses and nematodes. Papers should address phytopathological and epidemiological aspects of plant diseases with regard to their management and control. The journal is eminently suitable for university teachers, researchers in universities, research institutes, and industry as well as for postgraduate and advanced students. The journal is a forum for the original scientific results of basic, applied, and clinical research involving any aspect of the pineal gland or its hormonal products in all vertebrate species. Essential criteria for publication are soundness, novelty, and timeliness, as well as clarity of presentation. Experimental data that are contrary to currently accepted thinking or divergent from actual dogma will be considered, provided the findings are based on solid, new experimental observations. All submitted papers must be complete in themselves. Case reports will be considered if the findings contribute significantly to an understanding of some aspect of the pineal gland. It is the expressed aim of the journal to serve pineal researchers in all disciplines.

Journal of Popular Music Studies features work on popular music in its historical, cultural, aesthetic, and political registers. Its purview encompasses all genres of music that have been dubbed popular. The journal is also concerned with such issues as popular music's intersections with other arts, its relationships with old and new media, and its status as a field of research and critical writing. We welcome and encourage unconventional approaches (i.e. different from the standard scholarly essay) to these areas of inquiry. Each number of JPMS features book reviews, as well as occasional reviews of performances and recordings, and we regularly publish special issues co-ordinated by a guest editor or editors. The  Journal of Private International Law ( J. Priv. Int. L.) was launched in spring 2005. We invite papers for this scholarly, peer-reviewed publication of original articles and analysis of current developments in the field. The journal covers all aspects of private international law, reflecting the role of the European Union and the Hague Conference on Private International Law in the making of private international law, in addition to the traditional role of domestic legal orders.

We welcome articles from scholars anywhere in the world writing in English about developments in any jurisdiction on any aspect of private international law. We also welcome shorter articles or analysis from anywhere in the world, including analysis of new treaties and conventions, and lengthy review articles dealing with significant new publications.
