The American Economic Review is a general-interest economics journal. Established in 1911, the AER is among the nation's oldest and most respected scholarly journals in the economics profession and is celebrating over 100 years of publishing! The journal publishes 6 issues containing articles on a broad range of topics as well as the Papers and Proceedings issue in May, which presents selected papers from the AEA's annual meeting along with the reports of officers and committees.

ANNALS OF FOREST RESEARCH is a semestrial open access journal, which publishes research articles and notes and critical review papers. Articles are peer-reviewed and should be original, of high scientific quality and of international interest. The journal scope is to cover aspects of both basic and applied research of all domain of forestry sciences and other related sciences, which contribute to forest sustainable management.

Annals of Intensive Care is a peer-reviewed open access journal published under the brand SpringerOpen. It is aimed at publishing high-quality review articles and original research papers on intensive care medicine. The journal is intended for all critical care providers (attending physicians, fellows, residents, nurses, and physiotherapists) seeking to update their own knowledge to ensure they provide the best care for their patients.

Our time is known as the Anthropocene. Anthropocenes – Human, Inhuman, Posthuman has been established to become a leading global interdisciplinary journal at the centre of conceptual debates and practices. Anthropocenes – Human, Inhuman, Posthuman's core contributor base and readership will be in the social sciences, arts and humanities although often social and political thought will be applied to aspects of the natural or ‘hard’ sciences.

Applied Biochemistry and Microbiology (Prikladnaya biokhimiya i mikrobiologiya) publishes original articles in biochemistry and microbiology of present or potential practical applications. The international academic journal Asian Studies is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the study of Asian societies and cultures. Aimed at a diverse readership, the Australian Journal of Public Administration is committed to the study and practice of public administration, public management and policy making. BMC Ecology and Evolution is an open access, peer-reviewed journal interested in all aspects of ecological and evolutionary biology. The journal considers articles on a broad range of topics, including population genetics, conservation genetics, phylogenetics, behavioural ecology, population ecology, macroecology, palaeontology, biodiversity (e.g. environmental DNA approaches), theoretical research (e.g. terraforming) and ecological and evolutionary developmental biology.

BMC Public Health is an open access journal publishing original peer-reviewed research articles in the epidemiology of disease and the understanding of all aspects of public health. The journal has a special focus on the social determinants of health, the environmental, behavioral, and occupational correlates of health and disease, and the impact of health policies, practices and interventions on the community.

Brain Pathology is the journal of choice for biomedical scientists investigating diseases of the nervous system. The official journal of the International Society of Neuropathology, Brain Pathology is a peer-reviewed quarterly publication that includes original research, review articles and symposia focuses on the pathogenesis of neurological disease.

The British Journal of Developmental Psychology publishes full-length, empirical, conceptual, review and discussion papers, as well as brief reports, in all of the following areas: • motor, perceptual, cognitive, social and emotional development in infancy; .

The British Journal of Health Psychology publishes original research on all aspects of psychology related to health, health-related behaviour and illness across the lifespan including: • psychosocial mediators of health-related behaviours .

The Bulletin of the Council for British Research in the Levant ( CBRL Bulletin) is the annual document of record of the CBRL, the British Academy-sponsored society for research into the humanities and social sciences in the Levant based in London, with research centres in the region. The CBRL Bulletin is devoted to providing stimulating articles on current CBRL-funded and affiliated research projects, and includes feature articles and short research reports.

Chinese Annals of Mathematics (CAM) is a comprehensive mathematical journal published bimonthly in English carrying original papers on pure and applied mathematics.
