Dendrochronologia is an international scholarly journal in tree-ring research. It publishes high-quality original research dealing with growth rings of woody plants and the application of tree-ring studies to problems in a wide variety of fields including, but not limited to, archaeology, botany, climatology, ecology, forestry, geology and hydrology. Original research articles, reviews, communications, technical notes and personal notes are considered for publication.

Diabetology International, the official journal of the Japan Diabetes Society, publishes original research articles about experimental research and clinical studies in diabetes and related areas. The journal also presents editorials, reviews, commentaries, reports of expert committees, and case reports on any aspect of diabetes. All manuscripts are peer-reviewed to assure that high-quality information in the field of diabetes is made available to readers. Diabetology International welcomes submissions from researchers, clinicians, and health professionals throughout the world who are interested in research, treatment, and care of patients with diabetes.

The European Journal of Psychology of Education (E.J.P.E.) is published four times a year. Original articles on empirical research, reviews of issues and theoretical discussions on relevant issues are welcome. Its content is not confined to the expression of any specific school of thought or perspective; it is open to a wide diversity of areas of research in psychology of education. Sleep and Biological Rhythms is the official journal of the Japanese Society of Sleep Research, and publishes original research articles dealing with sleep and wakefulness, including biological rhythms. The Journal of Interprofessional Care aims to disseminate research and new developments in the field of interprofessional education and practice. We welcome contributions containing an explicit interprofessional focus, and involving a range of settings, professions, and fields. Areas of practice covered include primary, community and hospital care, health education and public health, and beyond health and social care into fields such as criminal justice and primary/elementary education. Papers introducing additional interprofessional views, for example, from a community development or environmental design perspective, are welcome. The Journal is disseminated internationally and encourages submissions from around the world. The Journal of Interprofessional Care publishes the following types of articles:Peer-reviewed original research articles, systematic/analytical reviews and theoretical papers that focus on an element of interprofessional education or practice. Stimulated by the advent of modern computers the developments in the field of numerical mathematics have been numerous in the past decades. However, the developments in the East and West went in different directions. Since its inception in 1993, the (East-West) Journal of Numerical Mathematics has promoted the exchange of ideas and results in numerical mathematics between scientists in Eastern Europe and Western countries and familiarized the world scientific community with the activities of researchers in Russia and other Eastern European countries.Due to political changes in the last decade, the exchange of research results has become easier and as a result, research results from Eastern European countries no longer form the emphasis of this journal. The Journal of Numerical Mathematics continues to contain high-quality papers on various topics in numerical mathematics as well as papers with significant mathematical content in the field of computational fluid dynamics and other areas of computational science from the international research community. Additionally, the journal will publish selected and refereed papers from workshops and conferences.
