The International Journal of Finance and Economics aims to publish articles of high quality dealing with issues in international finance which impact on national and global economies. While maintaining the high standards of a fully refereed academic journal, with technical, empirical and theoretical material, IJFE articles will also be accessible to non-specialists, policy-makers and practitioners. Each paper will be prefaced by a non-technical summary of up to 500 words and, on an occasional basis, IJFE will publish a feature article on a major issue in international finance, written at a non-technical, but academically rigorous, level. IJFE will concern itself with issues such as exchange rates, balance of payments, financial institutions, risk analysis, international banking and portfolio management, financial market regulation, Third World debt, European monetary union, the financial aspects of transition economies, financial instruments and international financial policy co-ordination. The purpose of the International Journal of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology is to concentrate and disseminate information concerning prevention, cure and care of otorhinolaryngological disorders in infants and children due to developmental, degenerative, infectious, neoplastic, traumatic, social, psychiatric and economic causes. International Journal of Surgery Case Reports is an open access, general surgical journal dedicated to publishing case reports. Case reports must be authentic, understandable, educational and clinically interesting to an international audience of surgeons, trainees and researchers in all surgical subspecialties, as well as clinicians in related fields. The Journal of Asian Public Policy was launched in 2008. This exciting new journal focuses on one of the most vibrant regions of the contemporary world. Both China and India are now recognized to be critical players in the global economy, with economic profiles that grow on an annual basis. East Asian economies that started to develop somewhat earlier, following the Japanese lead, remain among the most important economies in the world. The emergent regions of South and Southeast Asia have many dynamic economic sectors. Public policy, governance and development issues are drawing increasing attention not only from academia but also from the wider business, professional and policy communities. Development and policy issues will be defined broadly. Comparative analysis and current policy debates will be particularly stressed. Asia will also be defined broadly to encompass an area bounded by Mongolia in the north, Indonesia in the south, Korea in the east, and Afghanistan in the west. Articles that do not have an explicit Asian focus will be considered only if they have clear relevance to an Asian readership.

The Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics publishes original papers of high scientific value in all areas of computational and applied mathematics. The main interest of the Journal is in papers that describe and analyze new computational techniques for solving scientific or engineering problems. Also the improved analysis, including the effectiveness and applicability, of existing methods and algorithms is of importance. All aspects of insect physiology are published in this journal which will also accept papers on the physiology of other arthropods, if the referees consider the work to be of general interest.
