Since its inception in 1946 International Journal (IJ) has been recognized as Canada’s pre-eminent scholarly publication on international relations. Readers benefit from wide-ranging research and analysis by scholars, practitioners, and policy-makers, Canadian and non-Canadian.IJ is the scholarly publication of the Canadian International Council. The CIC is a non-partisan, nationwide council established to strengthen Canada’s role in international affairs.It aims to advance research and dialogue on international affairs issues by supporting a Canadian foreign policy network that crosses academic disciplines, policy areas, and economic sectors.

Issues in Mental Health Nursing is a refereed journal designed to expand psychiatric and mental health nursing knowledge. It deals with new, innovative approaches to client care, in-depth analysis of current issues, and empirical research. Because clinical research is the primary vehicle for the development of nursing science, the journal presents data-based articles on nursing care provision to clients of all ages in a variety of community and institutional settings. Additionally, the journal publishes theoretical papers and manuscripts addressing mental health promotion, public policy concerns, and educational preparation of mental health nurses. International contributions are welcomed.

The Journal of American Ethnic History (JAEH) addresses various aspects of American immigration and ethnic history, including background of emigration, ethnic and racial groups, Native Americans, immigration policies, and the processes of acculturation. Each issue contains articles, review essays and single book reviews. There are also occasional sections on "Research Comments" (short articles that furnish important information for the field, a guide to further research or other significant historical items that will stimulate discussion and inquiry) and "Teaching and Outreach" (essays which focus on innovative teaching methods or outreach efforts). The journal has also published special issues on particular responses from authors on specific topics.

The Journal publishes selected articles from Sibirskii Zhurnal Industrial’noi Matematiki and Diskretnyi Analiz i Issledovanie Operatsii on mathematical research in natural sciences, technology, ecology, medicine, and economics. The publications are devoted to the qualitative theory of differential equations, mathematical simulation in mechanics, technical physics, chemistry, biology, economics, discrete mathematics, mathematical research in the mechanics of solids, mechanics of fluids and gases, mechanics of inhomogeneous media, filtering, management, and informatics theory, problems of discrete optimization and graph theory, development and analysis of algorithms, synthesis and complexity of control systems, coding and automata theory, decision analysis and theoretical scheduling problems, game theory and applications. Journal of Consumer Culture (JOC), edited by Doug Holt, is a fully peer reviewed journal which promotes multidisciplinary research focused on consumption and consumer culture. Publishing three times a year, and indexed in ISI - Impact Factor pending, it adopts a global perspective critically drawing on both theory and empirical research within history, anthropology, media studies, sociology, marketing, geography, and beyond.

The Journal of Organizational and End User Computing (JOEUC) provides a forum to information technology educators, researchers, and practitioners to advance the practice and understanding of organizational and end user computing. The journal features a major emphasis on how to increase organizational and end user productivity and performance, and how to achieve organizational strategic and competitive advantage. JOEUC publishes full-length research manuscripts, insightful research and practice notes, and case studies from all areas of organizational and end user computing that are selected after a rigorous blind review by experts in the field.

The Journal of Pidgin and Creole Languages (JPCL) aims to provide a forum for the scholarly study of pidgins, creoles, and other contact language varieties, from multi-disciplinary perspectives. The journal places special emphasis on current research devoted to empirical description, theoretical issues, and the broader implications of the study of contact languages for theories of language acquisition and change, and for linguistic theory in general. The editors also encourage contributions that explore the application of linguistic research to language planning, education, and social reform, as well as studies that examine the role of contact languages in the social life and culture, including the literature, of their communities.

Recent Patents on Anti-Infective Drug Discovery publishes review and research articles, drug clinical trial studies and guest edited thematic issues on recent patents in the field of anti-infective drug discovery e.g. on novel bioactive compounds, analogs & targets. A selection of important and recent patents on anti-infective drug discovery is also included in the journal. Regular and Chaotic Dynamics (RCD) is an international journal publishing original research papers in dynamical systems theory and its applications. Rooted in the Moscow school of mathematics and mechanics, the journal successfully combines classical problems, modern mathematical techniques and breakthroughs in the field. Regular and Chaotic Dynamics welcomes papers that establish original results, characterized by rigorous mathematical settings and proofs, and that also address practical problems. Contemporary Educational Psychology publishes articles that involve the application of psychological theory and science to the educational process. Of particular relevance are descriptions of empirical research and the presentation of theory designed to either explicate or enhance the educational process. The journal places great value on the quality of research methodology. This includes the participant sample being representative of the intended population (and not just a sample of convenience), measures having demonstrated psychometric quality including both reliability and validity (avoiding, for example, excessive reliance on self-report measures), literature reviews that support the methods employed, and analyses that are both appropriate and accurately described. The journal publishes quantitative, qualitative, and single-subject design studies that involve the application of psychological science to an important educational process, issue, or problem.The journal does not limit its scope to any age range. Articles dealing with the education of preschoolers, K-12 children, adults, and the elderly are all relevant if they apply psychological theory and science to the process of education. Likewise, articles that make a substantial contribution to the understanding of individual differences in the process of learning are also appropriate. The journal does not focus on a particular educational setting. Textile History is an internationally recognised, peer reviewed journal and one of the leading publications in its field. It is viewed as an important outlet for current research. Published in the spring and autumn of each year, its remit has always been to facilitate the publication of high-quality research and discussion in all aspects of scholarship arising from the history of textiles and dress.Since its foundation the scope of the journal has been substantially expanded to include articles dealing with aspects of the cultural and social history of apparel and textiles, as well as issues arising from the exhibition, preservation and interpretation of historic textiles or clothing. Textile History reviews a wide cross-section of books from all parts of the world, dealing with any aspect of textile and clothing history; the Book Reviews Editor is happy to consider books for review that have been published in any of the languages which fall within the bounds of scholarship in its fields.Textile History welcomes high-quality submissions based on original research from a wide range of scholarly perspectives including economic, social, art, design and cultural history, as well as material culture studies from a historical perspective. Submissions from both established and younger scholars are welcome.The journal regularly publishes Exhibition Reviews and Object Lessons; the former offer important discussion of major public exhibitions of dress and textiles, while the latter element of the journal illustrates the ways in which the study of objects can inform analysis in scholarly research. International Journal of Environmental Health Research (IJEHR) is devoted to rapid publication of research in environmental health, acting as a link between the diverse research communities and practitioners in environmental health. Original research papers, technical notes and review articles, both invited and submitted, will be included. The International Editorial Board and strict refereeing procedures ensure that the Journal maintains high scientific standards and international coverage. African Journal of Range & Forage Science is the leading rangeland and pastoral journal in Africa. The Journal is dedicated to publishing quality original material that advances rangeland ecology and pasture management in Africa. Contributions reporting on research not done in Africa, which is applicable in Africa, are welcome. The Journal promotes both science and its application and authors are encouraged to explicitly identify the practical implications of their work. The Scope of the Journal

International Studies in Sociology of Education is published in English four times annually and has a global reach. The journal addresses historical as well as contemporary sociological debates in education significant to an international audience.

The journal welcomes inter-disciplinary work where sociological theory and perspectives have a substantial role. Empirical and non-empirical manuscripts are both welcome. The scope of the journal extends to formal and informal education and the role of education in the life course. Authors are encouraged to locate their work in relation to previous issues of ISSE as well as the wider field of sociology of education.

All research articles in this journal undergo rigorous peer review based on initial editor screening and refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
