This journal presents original research concerning the theory and applications of ordered sets. It covers all theoretical aspects of the subject, with emphasis on research in algebra and lattice theory, combinatorics and set systems, directed and undirected graphs, computational and discrete geometry, theoretical computer science, and the theory of sets and relational structures. In addition, Order presents applications of order-theoretic methods in these mathematical areas and in more algorithmically oriented research in computing and operations research. It offers coverage that is broadly representative of the best research on ordered structures and their applications. Given the wide scope of the journal, prospective authors are asked to identify a member [or members] of the editorial board whose research interests are closest to the contents of the submission. This helps to ensure both that submissions fit the journal's scope and that the review process begins efficiently.

Professional Psychology: Research and Practice® publishes articles on the application of psychology, including the scientific underpinnings of the profession of psychology. Articles that present assessment, treatment, and practice implications are encouraged. Both data-based and theoretical articles on techniques and practices used in the application of psychology are acceptable. Specifically, this journal is an appropriate outlet for articles on state-of-the-art literature reviews of clinical research on specific high-incidence disorders specifically written so as to draw out the implications for assessment and/or treatment research and theory on public policy as it affects the practice of psychology current advances in applications from such fields as health psychology, community psychology, psychology of women, clinical neuropsychology, family psychology, psychology of ethnicity and culture, forensic psychology, and other areas standards of professional practice and delivery of services in a variety of contexts—industries, institutions, and other organizations research and theory as they concern the interests of those in the practice of psychology The journal also publishes brief reports on research or practice in professional psychology.

Higher Education Research and Development (HERD) is a refereed international journal, established in 1982 as the principal learned journal of the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia.Higher Education Research and Development aims to serve the needs of teachers, researchers, students, administrators and those concerned with the present and future of higher education. 'Pastoralism: Research, Policy and Practice' is a peer-reviewed open access journal published under the brand SpringerOpen. It  is an interdisciplinary journal on extensive livestock production systems throughout the world. Pastoralists rely on rangelands and livestock for their livelihoods, but exhibit different levels of mobility and market involvement, and operate under a variety of different land tenure regimes. Pastoralism publishes research that influences public policy, to improve the welfare of these people and better conserve the environments in which they live.The journal investigates pastoralism from a variety of disciplinary perspectives across the biophysical, social and economic sciences. This is not applied research in the traditional sense, but relevant research - sometimes even basic research - with the capacity ultimately to change the way practical people do business. Predicting what kind of research will fulfil this role is virtually impossible. What we can do is keep policy makers, practitioners and pastoralists talking to scientists and researchers and aware of each other's concerns. We predict that the formative work on pastoralism in the coming decade will be situated on the interface between the biological, social and economic sciences. Published since 1974, Media Asia is a scholarly journal that shares research-based findings and critical insights addressing contemporary media issues and communication challenges in Asia. Media Asia is a journal of the  Asian Media Information and Communication Centre (AMIC). It is housed editorially at Hong Kong Baptist University’s Centre for Media and Communication Research.
