The Commonwealth Law Bulletin aims to educate and inform readers about legal developments throughout the Commonwealth and serves as a forum for the assessment of emerging issues in the law.The Commonwealth Law Bulletin, first published in 1974, is the flagship publication of the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Division (LCAD) of the Commonwealth Secretariat. A comprehensive periodical of the law and legal affairs, the Bulletin is a refereed journal that provides essential reading for judges, attorneys general, law ministers, law reform agencies, academics and private practitioners and others who must keep abreast of the law and legal developments. The Bulletin also helps foster harmonised approaches to emerging legal issues throughout the Commonwealth.Intended to serve as a one-stop reference manual, The Commonwealth Law Bulletin is indispensable for legal research, particularly in jurisdictions where a wide range of Commonwealth legal journals are unavailable. Communication Studies is committed to publishing high-quality original scholarship focused centrally on human communication processes. Articles published in Communication Studies should represent the diversity of scholarship that comprises the study of human communication, regardless of philosophical, theoretical, or methodological underpinnings. Ergonomics, also known as human factors, is the scientific discipline that seeks to understand and improve human interactions with products, equipment, environments and systems. The journal Ergonomics is an international multi-disciplinary refereed publication, with a 50 year tradition of disseminating high quality research. Original submissions, both theoretical and applied, are invited from across the subject, including physical, cognitive, organisational and environmental ergonomics. Nondestructive Testing and Evaluation publishes letters, papers and review articles describing the results of research and development in the underlying theory, novel techniques and applications of nondestructive testing and evaluation. Articles concerning both the investigation of physical processes and the development of mechanical processes and techniques are welcomed. Studies of conventional techniques, including radiography, ultrasound, eddy currents, magnetic properties and magnetic particle inspection, thermal imaging and dye penetrant, will be considered in addition to more advanced approaches using, for example, lasers, squid magnetometers, interferometers, synchrotron and neutron beams and Compton scattering.
