The Biological Journal of the Linnean Society publishes papers concerned with the process of organic evolution in the broadest sense. It particularly welcomes contributions (up to a maximum of 12 000 words) that illustrate the unifying concepts of evolutionary biology with evidence, either observational or theoretical, from any relevant field of the biological sciences. We are especially keen to receive manuscripts on evolutionary genomics. Potential authors should be aware that papers on specialized subjects are discouraged. The Biological Journal succeeded (in 1969) the Proceedings of the Society, the journal in which Darwin and Wallace published their seminal papers in 1858. Also published on behalf of the Linnean Society: Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society and Zoological Journal of the Linnean Society.

The ICGA Journal appears four times a year. In order to receive the Journals for 2004 you should subscribe as an ICGA member. The (renewal) fee for individual subscribers is US $ 50,--, UK £ 25,-- or € 40,--. For many years, the ICCA Journal occasionally included articles on games other than chess. This has included Backgammon, Othello, Chinese Chess, Shogi, Go, and fundamental issues affecting the programming of all such games. To reflect this increasing interest in other games, the Journal changed its name to the ICGA Journal from Vol.23 No.1 (the first issue of 2000).

The International Journal of Stroke is a welcome addition to the international stroke journal landscape in that it concentrates on the clinical aspects of stroke with basic science contributions in areas of clinical interest. Spanish Journal of Legal MedicineThe Spanish Journal of Legal Medicine (Revista Espa?ola de Medicina Legal), first published in 1974, is the official Journal of the National Association of Forensic Physicians (la Asociacion Nacional de Medicos Forenses).

The Journal publishes scientific articles about different topics in the field of legal and forensic medicine which are represented as a learning tool of the specialty that gives the reader an update of different topics in the field of legal and forensic medicine.
