In particular, GIQ focuses on how policies affect government information flows and the availability of government information; the use of technology to create and provide innovative government services; the impact of information technology on the relationship between the governed and those governing; and the increasing significance of information policies and information technology in relation to democratic practices.As the leading journal in the field, Government Information Quarterly seeks to publish high quality scholarly research, reviews, review essays and editorials that inform both researchers and practitioners regarding the relationship between policy, information technology, government, and the public. Grana, originally published as Grana Palynologica, was founded in 1954 by Professor Gunnar Erdtman. It is published under the auspices of the Scandinavian Palynological Collegium (CPS) in affiliation with the International Association for Aerobiology (IAA).Grana publishes original papers, mainly on ontogony (morphology, and ultrastructure of pollen grains and spores of Eucaryota and their importance for plant taxonomy, ecology, phytogeography, paleobotany, etc.) and aerobiology. Aerobiology involves studies of airborne biological particles, such as pollen, spores, etc., and their launching, dispersal and final deposition. The significance of these particles in medicine (allergology) and plant pathology is of particular interest.
