What happens when verse from Ovid, history as written by Herodotus, satyr plays, the works of Thucydides, an Attic red-figure kylix, and tracts describing medicinal practice of the ancient world are gathered in one place and analyzed with scholarly verve? You have none other than Classical Antiquity--a journal that combines the pleasures, politics, intellectualism, cultural production, sciences, and linguistics of European traditions, centuries past. Published biannually, Classical Antiquity explores interdisciplinary research and discussion of major issues throughout the field of classics, including Greek and Roman literature, history, archaeology, art, philosophy and philology--Bronze Age through Late Antiquity. From extant written materials to newly unearthed art-objects, Classical Antiquity’s coverage of the Greco-Roman ancient world is truly expansive.

Since 1906, Classical Philology has been an internationally respected journal for the study of the life, languages and thought of the ancient Greek and Roman world. CP covers a broad range of topics, including studies that illuminate aspects of the languages, literatures, history, art, philosophy, social life, and religion of ancient Greece and Rome.

Classical Receptions Journal covers all aspects of the reception of the texts and material culture of ancient Greece and Rome from antiquity to the present day. It aims to explore the relationships between transmission, interpretation, translation, transplantation, rewriting, redesigning and rethinking of Greek and Roman material in other contexts and cultures. It addresses the implications both for the receiving contexts and for the ancient, and compares different types of linguistic, textual and ideological interactions.

Classical and Quantum Gravity welcomes original research articles on all branches of gravitational physics and the theory of spacetime. The readership of the journal is broad, comprising gravitational theorists and experimentalists in physics, mathematics and cosmology. All articles should be of interest to this broad readership and should contain a summary that places the findings in the wider context of gravitational physics.

Classroom Discourse is an international, peer reviewed journal that provides a forum in which research from language and education disciplines can be combined.

The Journal focuses on research that considers discourse and interaction in settings where activity is deliberately organised to promote learning. While most papers focus on the discourse of classrooms, others report research in more informal, naturalistic settings in which, while learning is certainly still taking place, it is not occurring in the typical and ‘traditional’ space of a classroom. Examples might include online tutorials, peer-peer interactions of work-in-progress, and dialogues between ‘trainer and trainee’ in a workplace context.

In order to deal with the range of phenomena identified in the Journal’s wide interpretations of both ‘classroom’ and ‘discourse’, contributions are invited from across the range of theoretical perspectives and research methods. Thus, articles are welcomed which use such perspectives as ethnomethodology, conversation analysis, discursive psychology, multimodal analysis, systemic functional linguistics, genre theory, studies on ‘voice’, identity studies, critical discourse analysis (CDA), sociocultural theory, cultural-historical activity theory,  communities of practice, linguistic ethnography and linguistic anthropology, and poststructuralist discourse analysis.

Clays and Clay Minerals is the official publication of THE CLAY MINERALS SOCIETY. The JOURNAL publishes articles of interest to the international community of clay scientists, including but not limited to areas in mineralogy, crystallography, geology, geochemistry, sedimentology, soil science, agronomy, physical chemistry, colloid chemistry, ceramics, petroleum engineering, foundry engineering, and soil mechanics. Clays and Clay Minerals exists to disseminate to its worldwide readership the most recent developments in all of these aspects of clay materials. Manuscripts are welcome from all countries.

This journal publishes papers that aid in the development, demonstration, and commercialization of cleaner products and processes as well as effective environmental policy strategies. As its title suggests, the journal has two major thrusts: Clean Technologies and Environmental Policy.  The Clean Technology thrust addresses the science and engineering of clean technologies. Moreover, it examines mathematical and computer-based methods and models for designing, analyzing, and measuring the cleanliness of products and processes. The Environmental Policy thrust covers research advances in scientific, social, behavioral, and economics disciplines that are relevant to complex environmental policy issues.  In addition to research papers, the journal offers policy-oriented commentaries from world renowned leaders in environmental technology and policy research.
