The Egyptian Heart Journal aims to publish the highest quality material, both clinical and scientific, on all aspects of Cardiovascular Medicine. It includes articles related to research findings, technical evaluations, and reviews. In addition it provides a forum for the exchange of information on all aspects of Cardiovascular Medicine, including educational issues.

The journal is intended to provide a peer-reviewed source for multidisciplinary coverage of general acute and intensive care medicine and its various subcategories including cardiac, pulmonary, neuro, renal as well as post-operative care.

The journal is proud to have an international multi-professional editorial board in the broad field of critical care that will assist in publishing promising research and breakthrough reports that lead to better patients care in life threatening conditions, and bring the reader a quick access to the latest diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in monitoring and management of critically ill patients.

HE GENEVA RISK AND INSURANCE REVIEW (GRIR) strives to publish high quality papers that advance our understanding of industry behavioural changes under uncertainty.The Journal direction is towards economics in general, focusing on risk and insurance in particular. Although most of the papers published are theoretical, GRIR also publishes tests and competing theories in order to expand understanding of insurance economics. The International Journal of Cardiovascular Imaging publishes basic and clinical communications (research articles, review articles, technical notes and editorial comments) dealing with the design, development and evaluation of imaging methods used to study cardiovascular diseases; these imaging techniques include Magnetic Resonance, computed tomography, X-ray imaging, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. Clinical applications of imaging methods a used in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Topics include: multi-center or larger individual studies dealing with risk stratification and imaging utilization, applications for better characterization of cardiovascular diseases, assessment of the efficacy of new drugs and interventional devices. Started in 1950 by a group of leading Japanese economists under the title The Economic Studies Quarterly, the journal became the official English language publication of the Japanese Economic Association in 1959.
