Mental Health and Physical Activity is an international forum for scholarly reports on any aspect of relevance to advancing our understanding of the relationship between mental health and physical activity. Manuscripts will be considered for publication which deal with high quality research, comprehensive research reviews, and critical reflection of applied or research issues. The journal is open to the use of diverse methodological approaches. The journal Metallography, Microstructure, and Analysis publishes original, peer-reviewed research articles on engineered materials, which are defined as both processed and inorganic. The journal focuses on the art and science of preparing, interpreting, and analyzing microstructures for the purpose of understanding material behavior and performance, and serves as a forum for engineers and scientists to exchange the latest information regarding the evolution of microstructures in a variety of materials. 

Topics focus on the role of microstructure in engineering processes and materials properties. Specifically, the journal publishes contributions that discuss the ways in which microstructures can influence, or arise from:  

1) Mechanical and thermal processing of metals, alloys, and ceramics  2) Environmental degradation (such as oxidation and corrosion)3) Welding, casting, and solidification processes4) Additive or digital manufacturing techniques 5) Failure of engineering structures, and6) Electronic materials.

In addition to these general topics, the journal covers a wide range of more specialized materials science and metallurgy issues, such as the characterization of building materials, archaeometallurgy, high-strain-rate phenomena, tribological surfaces and interfaces, superplasticity, and radiation effects. Also of interest are new and alternative techniques for microstructural examination and analysis (including metallography, ceramography, and microscopy), computer-aided microstructural analysis, and techniques for physical and chemical analysis as they relate to microstructure.

Contributions that present a complete treatment of a microstructure, from its formation to preparation techniques to interpretation and analysis, are especially of interest to the journal.

By applying a variety of perspectives to their investigations, contributors provide a broad spectrum of unique and thought-provoking articles - theoretical essays, original empirical research, and literature and book reviews. Multivariate Behavioral Research (MBR) publishes a variety of substantive, methodological, and theoretical articles in all areas of the social and behavioral sciences. Most MBR articles fall into one of two categories. Substantive articles report on applications of sophisticated multivariate research methods to study topics of substantive interest in personality, health, intelligence, industrial/organizational, and other behavioral science areas. Methodological articles present and/or evaluate new developments in multivariate methods, or address methodological issues in current research. Musculoskeletal Surgery – Formerly La Chirurgia degli Organi di Movimento, founded in 1917 at the Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli, is a peer-reviewed journal published three times a year. Nano Communication Networks Journal is an international, archival and multi-disciplinary journal providing a publication vehicle for complete coverage of all topics of interest to those involved in all aspects of nano-scale networking and communications. Theoretical research contributions presenting new techniques, concepts, or analyses, applied contributions reporting on experiences and experiments, and tutorials are published.Starting in 2010, it is planned to have four issues per year.Nano Communication Networks is a part of COMNET (Computer Networks) family of journals within Elsevier. The family of journals covers all aspects of networking except the nano-scale communications subject which is the target for this newly proposed journal.Topics of Interest:Nano Communication Networks will be committed to the very timely publication of very high-quality, peer-reviewed, original papers that advance the state-of-the art and applications of all aspects of nano-scale networking and communications. Natural Resources Research (NRR) is one of three journals sponsored by the International Association for Mathematical Geology (IAMG) and is co-sponsored by the Energy Mineral Division of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG/EMD). NRR publishes quantitative geoscientific studies reporting on the search for and development of natural resources, including their associated environmental, economical, and risk-related aspects. Reports regarding petroleum or energy-mineral resources are of interest, as are investigations on the exploitation of any metallic or non-metallic resource. Example studies include the use of geoscientific data or analyses to assess measurement or sampling methods compare exploitation strategies evaluate policies regarding site development, use, and remediation identify important factors for economic and/or technical success test statistical or deterministic models for the exploration, assessment, and/or development of resources containing coal clean coal, decarbonized energy, and hydrogen conventional oil and gas under any recovery process copper uranium geothermal gypsum precious stones unconventional oil or gas, including gas hydrates, heavy oil, coalbed methane, and oil shale vegetation water carbon dioxide production or sequestration Case studies are particularly welcome.
