Paediatric and Perinatal Epidemiology crosses the boundaries between the epidemiologist and the paediatrician, obstetrician or specialist in child health, ensuring that important paediatric and perinatal studies reach those clinicians for whom the results are especially relevant. Parasite Immunology is an international journal devoted to research on all aspects of parasite immunology in human and animal hosts. Emphasis has been placed on how hosts control parasites, and the immunopathological reactions which take place in the course of parasitic infections. The Journal welcomes original work on all parasites, particularly human parasitology, helminths, protozoa and ectoparasites.

Physiological Entomology is designed primarily to serve the interests of experimentalists who work on insects and other arthropods. It thus has a bias towards physiological and experimental approaches to understanding behaviour, but it also retains the Royal Entomological Society's interest in the general physiology of arthropods. Emphasis is also placed on the selection of comprehensive, revisionary or integrated systematics studies of broader biological or zoogeographical relevance. Terra Nova publishes short, innovative and provocative papers of interest to a wide readership and covering the broadest spectrum of the Solid Earth and Planetary Sciences.
