JCMS: Journal of Common Market Studies is the leading journal in the field, publishing high quality, and accessible articles on the latest European Integration issues. For 40 years the Journal has been the forum for the development and evaluation of theoretical and empirical issues in the politics and economics of European integration, focusing principally on developments within the EU. JCMS aims to achieve a disciplinary balance between political science, economics and international relations, including the various sub disciplines such as international political economy. The editors are also open to submissions based in other social science of legal disciplines. In addition to mainstream theoretical and empirical articles, the JCMS publishes shorter pieces in its European Agenda section which focus on specific policy areas or which report the results of specialised research projects. Each year a special issue is devoted to a comprehensive review of the activities of the European Union in the previous year. JCMS is committed to deepening the theoretical understanding of European integration. It will continue to develop as the primary forum for the analysis of all aspects relating to the process of European integration.

Children's Geographies has been a remarkable success, and has become THE 'go to' journal for locating the most up-to-date work in the field of academic inquiry into the spaces, places and environments of childhood at different scales and in different worldly contexts. The journal aims to be accessible to new researchers, including postgraduate students and academics at an early stage of their research careers, and to practitioners with an interest in children, youth and families. Study of the geographies of this kind, whilst emphasising the importance of place, space and spatiality, inevitably cuts across inter- and intra-disciplinary boundaries. The journal provides a forum for academics and practitioners with an interest in these multi-faceted geographies, enabling new insights into the diverse and multiple realities of young people's lives. Perspectives on Political Science publishes articles about political ideas and theories and encourages submissions from all disciplines that relate to the study of politics. Examples include essays on the state of the profession and on the application of social science concepts to the study of politics. Symposia are published from time to time on educational matters of interest to political scientists. Perspectives on Political Science also publishes two kinds of reviews: REVIEW ESSAYS8212; approximately 2,500 to 3,000 words8212;comparative overviews of appropriate literature on a signifcant theme; and BOOK REVIEWS8212;approximately 450 to 550 words8212;timely descriptions of recent publications in the social sciences. Schizophrenia Research: Cognition is an international, peer-reviewed open access journal publishing articles on cognition in schizophrenia, broadly defined. The journal publishes original articles, concise research reports, brief reports, letters to the editor, and review papers. Submissions on all aspects of cognition in schizophrenia will be welcome, including clinical neuropsychology, neurocognition, social cognition, functional capacity, cognitive, affective, and social neuroscience, and aspects of everyday outcome as related to cognition. Articles that compare the impact of cognition and other influences on outcome in schizophrenia will also be published. Articles on descriptive characteristics, genetic influences, pharmacological and nonpharmacological treatments, and neuroimaging correlates of these aspects of cognition are welcomed. The journal will also consider submissions aimed at cognition in conditions related to schizophrenia and will also consider articles on cognitive functioning as a marker of vulnerability in various potentially at-risk populations. The journal is online-only and articles will be rapidly available after their acceptance.

Sociocultural Pragmatics (SOPRAG) is a biannual publication that encourages the international dissemination of research results on theoretical and applied linguistics, focusing on social and cultural aspects of the Spanish language in all its forms and expressions. SOPRAG publishes high-quality papers that are useful to establish the interdependence between pragmatic, social, and cultural aspects of the Spanish language and its relations with other languages. SOPRAG welcomes manuscripts with thematic, theoretical, empirical, and terminological aspects in the area of Pragmatics, with an emphasis on sociocultural perspectives. SOPRAG accepts original papers preferably written in Spanish, but will consider manuscripts written in other Romance languages and English.

Sociocultural Pragmatics (SOPRAG) is published in two issues, 500-page volume per year, in print and electronic formats, with a peer, double-blind, review process. The electronic format of the journal is entirely open access, without authorship charges or readership embargoes. SOPRAG is internationally indexed in databases such as EBSCO, SCOPUS, and MLA, among many others.

Studies in Philosophy and Education is an international peer-reviewed journal that focuses on philosophical, theoretical, normative and conceptual problems and issues in educational research, policy and practice. Without adopting any one philosophical or theoretical school or cultural tradition, the journal promotes exchange and collaboration among philosophers, philosophers of education, educational and social science researchers, and educational policy makers throughout the world. Coverage ranges widely from important methodological issues in educational research as shaped by the philosophy of science to educational policy problems as shaped by moral and social and political philosophy and educational theory. Single issues of the journal are occasionally devoted to the critical discussion of a special topic of educational and philosophical importance. A frequent 'Reviews and Rejoinders' section features book review essays with replies from the authors.

Footwear Science publishes reports of original research in the disciplines of biomechanics, ergonomics, physiology, clinical science, kinanthropometry, physics, engineering and mathematics. The use of footwear or footwear components, or application of the results to footwear is a major component of the research published in this international, peer-reviewed Journal. Methodological as well as experimental papers may be submitted, and the journal accepts original articles, reviews and perspective articles (usually by editorial invitation only), book reviews and letters to the Editor. The criteria for acceptance of manuscripts include: scientific excellence and rigor, novelty, significance, clarity, conciseness and interest to our broad readership. Papers published in the journal may cover a wide range of topics within the broad scope of footwear science, including, but not limited to: * Influence of footwear on kinematics and kinetics of human movement * Influence of footwear and footwear design on human performance * Applications of research to design of all types of functional and purpose-built footwear * Research applied to casual, dress, fashion, duty, athletic, and specialty footwear * Footwear in prevention and treatment of diseases of lower extremity * Role of footwear in the prevention and treatment of athletic injury * Shoe properties and human perceptions * Human factors applied to fit and function of footwear * Measurement of footwear biomechanical and physical properties Review Articles Footwear Science accepts submission of manuscripts that review the literature on a particular topic and present an analysis of the current status of that topic. These are not original research articles with new data but represent well-balanced summaries of timely subjects, with reference to the literature. Review articles are usually invited by the Editor-in-Chief, although they can be submitted unsolicited. All review articles, even if invited, are peer reviewed. To help to facilitate this process it is suggested that the author of the review contact the Editor-in-Chief in advance of submission to discuss the proposed topic. The required format for review articles is similar to that used for research articles, with the exception that headings such as 'Methodolgy,' 'Results and Discussion,' and 'Conclusions' should be replaced with more appropriate headings, consistent with the contents of the article. Review articles published by Footwear Science are intended primarily for informed scientists who works in the broad disciplines that encompass footwear science, for example: biomechanics, ergonomics, physiology, clinical science, kinanthropometry, physics, engineering, materials science, and mathematics.. Manuscripts should both present a summary and a critical evaluation of significant investigations and provide suggestions for further research. We also welcome reviews that discuss recent technical or theoretical advances, topics of unusual interest, or, core questions about the foundations of footwear science. Theoretical papers should clearly identify the focus of study, review the relevant literature, and develop approaches to new levels of understanding. We are always looking for a balanced approach in Footwear Science review articles. Whenever possible the author should include all relevant literature showing the broadest possible basis for the review and the author's perspectives. Although the main thrust of reviews should be to summarize what is known about a particular topic area based on a rigorous review of the scientific literature, we expect that review authors may wish to offer some opinion and give a perspective, or, perhaps even speculate, if such speculation has a basis in scientific evidence. An abstract of 200 to 250 words is required; for more information on format, see instructions for authors. We have no limit on the length of review articles, however, we are always looking for concise and lucid treatments of the topic under review. All published research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by independent expert referees.

Porn Studies is the first dedicated, international, peer-reviewed journal to critically explore those cultural products and services designated as pornographic and their cultural, economic, historical, institutional, legal and social contexts. Porn Studies will publish innovative work examining specifically sexual and explicit media forms, their connections to wider media landscapes and their links to the broader spheres of (sex) work across historical periods and national contexts.
