German Economic Review (GER) publishes original research of general interest in a broad range of economic discplines, including macro- and microeconomics, public economics, business administration and finance. Authors are invited to submit papers devoted to policy analysis as well as theoretical and empirical papers. All submissions are refereed. The journal's internationally composed board of editors is committed to maintaining a high standard of quality. As the official journal of the Verein fur Socialpolitik (German Economic Association), German Economic Review is provided to all the members of the association. At the same time, the journal aims at a wider international audience and invites participation and subscriptions from economists around the world. GER is published four times a year, in English, and is available online.

Opto-Electronics Review is an international journal for the publication of scientific papers concerning optoelectronics materials, systems and signal processing in a broad scope of non-telecommunications optoelectronics. Established in Warsaw in 1992, Opto-Electronics Review is published quarterly as a journal of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers (SEP) in cooperation with the Military University of Technology. The Editorial Office collaborates with leading local societies of distinguished scientists and researchers working in the optoelectronic field. Among its editors are scientists from all over the world. The journal’s main goal is promotion of papers presented by European scientific teams, especially those submitted by important teams from Central and Eastern Europe. However, contributions from other parts of the world are by no means excluded.

HIV & AIDS Review is the official journal of the Polish AIDS Research Society (PTN AIDS). It is published quarterly. HIV & AIDS Review publishes several types of paper: original papers, preliminary communications, epidemiology - population studies, psychological and socio-medical aspects of HIV/AIDS, educational aspects, patient-physician relationship, conference or workshop summaries, product investigations - scientific evaluations on medical and pharmaceutical products, case reports, letters to the Editor, reviews and special reports. The Journal of Iberian and Latin American Studies is an international journal devoted to the history and cultures of the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America. "Its main purpose is to disseminate research of the highest standards in the areas of early modern, modern and contemporary history. This includes work in the area of cultural production that is historically grounded.

The Journal of Iberian and Latin American Studies publishes three issues per year. All articles will be published in English. In addition to research articles, the journal has a section of Reviews providing critical reviews of recent publications as well as longer Review Articles on specific topics. The Editorial Board can request or accept proposals of monographic issues.

Peer Review Statement

All submitted research articles undergo an initial editor screening, followed by double-blind peer review with at least two independent referees.

Review Process

Research in Middle Level Education Online (RMLE Online) uses a triple-blind review process. Manuscripts are initially reviewed by the Editor. Manuscripts that meet the journal's standards are forwarded to three reviewers who serve on the Editorial Review Board. A decision regarding publication is typically reached within two months of the date the manuscript is sent out for review. This decision is communicated to the corresponding author by email. 

Scandinavian Journal of History presents articles on Scandinavian history and review essays surveying themes in recent Scandinavian historical research.It concentrates on perspectives of national historical particularities and important long-term and short-term developments. The editorial policy gives particular priority to Scandinavian topics and to efforts of placing Scandinavian developments into a larger context. Studies explicitly comparing Scandinavian processes and phenomena to those in other parts of the world are therefore regarded as particularly important. In addition to publishing articles and review essays, the journal includes short book reviews. Fifty Key Anthropologists - Articles Related to the Life and Work of Some Influential Figures Visual Anthropology is a scholarly journal presenting original articles, commentary, discussions, film reviews, and book reviews on anthropological and ethnographic topics. The journal focuses on the study of human behavior through visual means. Experts in the field also examine visual symbolic forms from a cultural-historical framework and provide a cross-cultural study of art and artifacts. Visual Anthropology also promotes the study, use, and production of anthropological and ethnographic films, videos, and photographs for research and teaching. The Journal aims to publish the best research on international development issues in a form that is accessible to practitioners and policy-makers as well as to an academic audience. The main focus is on the social sciences - economics, politics, international relations, sociology and anthropology, as well as development studies - but we also welcome articles that blend the natural and social sciences in addressing the challenges for development. The Journal does not represent any particular school, analytical technique or methodological approach, but aims to publish high quality contributions to ideas, frameworks, policy and practice, including in transitional countries and underdeveloped areas of the Global North as well as the Global South.
