An international multidisciplinary journal devoted to fundamental research in the brain sciences. Brain Research publishes papers reporting interdisciplinary investigations of nervous system structure and function that are of general interest to the international community of neuroscientists. As is evident from the journals name, its scope is broad, ranging from cellular and molecular studies through systems neuroscience, cognition and disease. Invited reviews are also published; suggestions for and inquiries about potential reviews are welcomed.

The Journal of the European Mathematical Society (JEMS) is the official journal of the EMS. The Society, founded in 1990, works at promoting joint scientific efforts between the many different structures that characterize European mathematics. JEMS will publish research articles in all active areas of pure and applied mathematics. These will be selected by a distinguished, international board of editors for their outstanding quality and interest, according to the highest international standards. Occasionally, substantial survey papers on topics of exceptional interest will also be published. Starting in 1999, the Journal has been published by Springer-Verlag until the end of 2003. Since 2004 it is published by the EMS Publishing House. The first Editor-in-Chief of the Journal was J. Jost, succeeded by H. Brezis in 2003.

Journal of Zheijang University SCIENCE B - Biomedicine & Biotechnology is an international journal that presents the latest development and achievements in scientific research in China and abroad to the world’s scientific community. The International Journal of Humanoid Robotics (IJHR) covers all subjects on the mind and body of humanoid robots. It is dedicated to advancing new theories, new techniques, and new implementations contributing to the successful achievement of future robots which not only imitate human beings, but also serve human beings. While IJHR encourages the contribution of original papers which are solidly grounded on proven theories or experimental procedures, the journal also encourages the contribution of innovative papers which venture into the new, frontier areas in robotics. Such papers need not necessarily demonstrate, in the early stages of research and development, the full potential of new findings on a physical or virtual robot.

International Journal of Molecular Sciences (ISSN 1422-0067) provides an advanced forum for chemistry, molecular physics (chemical physics and physical chemistry) and molecular biology. It publishes reviews, regular research papers and short notes.Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their theoretical and experimental results in as much detail as possible. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. If there are computational results, the full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced.

Product Lifecycle Management is defined as a strategic business approach for effective management and use of corporate intellectual capital. The issue of sustainability in a higher education context is, to some extent, a recent theme. Medical Humanities is a leading international journal that reflects the whole field of medical humanities. Metals and Materials International publishes original papers and critical reviews on all aspects of research and technology in materials engineering: physical metallurgy, materials science, and processing of metals and other materials. Coverage emphasizes those aspects of the science of materials that are concerned with the relationships among the processing, structure and properties (mechanical, chemical, electrical, electrochemical, magnetic and optical) of materials. Aspects of processing include the melting, casting, and fabrication with the thermodynamics, kinetics and modeling.

Newsletters in Stratigraphy is an international, peer-reviewed journal, publishing articles of international interest dealing with stratigraphical matters for example, descriptions of new stratotypes, redefinitions of existing stratotypes, new approaches to the subdivision of stratigraphic units and the discussion of problems associated with particular boundaries. Papers adding comment and/or critique to to original papers published in this journal or elsewhere are accepted. Newsletters on stratigraphy also publishes summaries of original papers that are not accessible in the literature, this also applies to papers in which the stratigraphic aspect is only a byproduct. Reviews of current commission or conference discussions, recommendations or resolutions are invited, as are papers of other purport, if they are of relevance to stratigraphic problems. Newsletters on Stratigraphy invites the submission of such papers and there are no page charges for the publication of regular papers.

The scientific periodical Opuscula Zoologica (Budapest) was founded in the year 1956 by three lecturer of the Department of Systematic Zoology & Ecology, Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest namely István Andrássy, Árpád Berczik and György Kertész. The aim of the new zoological journal was to provide publication possibility for the Hungarian zoologists. Later the journal became international and from the 36th volume it has an international editorial board. At the beginning it was a quarterly and later a biannual periodical, however from the volume 11 it was published more or less annually. From volume 40 onward Opuscula Zoologica returned to biannual publication frequency with a summer and a winter issue. The main scope of Opuscula Zoologica is hydrobiology and various aspects of soil zoology (i.e. biogeography, ecology and taxonomy of different soil animal groups). However papers from other field of zoology are also welcome.

Photosynthetica is devoted to the investigation of photosynthesis, combining biochemical, biophysical and ecological approaches to the study of photosynthesis in plants. TLT was published online using a delayed, open-access policy under which paying subscribers and per-article purchasers had access to newly published content, and then 12 months after the publication of each issue, all readers had access to the content, free of charge. Due to financial problems, this policy cannot continue in the future. So, since February 1, 2018, the delayed open access policy is suspended: all the manuscripts submitted until January 31, 2018 will be published (when accepted) under the old delayed open access policy (12 months), but all new manuscripts submitted since February 1, 2018 will be published (when accepted) only to subscribers and per-article purchasers. The future policy will maintain the delayed open access policy after N years. The number N of years will be decided in the future according to the financial evolution of the IEEE-TLT, and will be applied to all the papers published until that date, not only to papers submitted from that date. That is, all the papers published since N or more years would be put in open access.

TLT publishes archival research papers and critical survey papers. A paper must either describe original research or offer a critical review of the state of the art in a particular area.
