The Australian Journal of Learning Difficulties provides a forum for both theoretical and empirical articles on topics related to the assessment and teaching of students with learning disabilities and learning difficulties. Ecotoxicology is an international journal devoted to presenting fundamental research on the effects of toxic chemicals on populations, communities and terrestrial, freshwater and marine ecosystems. It elucidates mechanisms and processes whereby chemicals exert their effects on ecosystems, and examines the impact caused at the population or community level. The journal is not restricted with respect to taxon or biome, presenting papers that indicate possible new approaches to regulation and control of toxic chemicals and that formulate ways of conserving threatened species. The journal includes not only original research papers but technical notes and review articles, both invited and submitted. A strong, broadly based editorial board ensures as wide an international coverage as possible.

Housing Policy Debate provides a venue for original research on U.S. housing policy. Subjects include affordable housing policy, fair housing policy, land use regulations influencing housing affordability, metropolitan development trends, and linkages among housing policy and energy, environmental, and transportation policy. Housing Policy Debate is published quarterly. Most issues feature a Forum section and an Articles section. The Forum, which highlights a current debate, features a central article and responding comments that represent a range of perspectives. All articles in the Forum and Articles sections undergo a double-blind peer review process. On a recurring basis, Housing Policy Debate also features an Outlook section where the editors, occasionally with expert guest writers, comment on emerging areas of housing and metropolitan research or current events.

Scientometrics is concerned with the quantitative features and characteristics of science and scientific research. African Identities provides a critical forum for the examination of African and diasporic expressions, representations and identities. The aim of this journal is to open up various horizons in the field: to encourage the development of theory and practice in a wider spread of disciplinary approaches; to promote conceptual innovation and to provide a venue for the entry of new perspectives. The journal focuses on the myriad of ways in which cultural production creates zones of profound expressive possibilities by continually generating texts and contexts of reflexive import.With an emphasis on gender, class, nation, marginalisation, "otherness" and difference, the journal explores how African identities, either by force of expediency or contingency, create layered terrains of (ex)change, decentre dominant meanings, paradigms and certainties.
