The AAG Review of Books, began publication in 2013 as a quarterly online journal of the American Association of Geographers. The AAG Review of Books (The AAG Review) was created to hold scholarly book reviews as formerly published in the AAG’s flagship journals, Annals of the AAG and The Professional Geographer, along with reviews of significant current books related more broadly to geography and public policy and/or international affairs.

Work and Occupations (WOX), peer-reviewed and published quarterly, provides a broad perspective on the dynamics of the workplace and examines international approaches to work-related issues. It offers distinguished scholarship with an interdisciplinary perspective.

The World Federation of Occupational Therapists ( WFOT) Bulletin is the official publication of the WFOT. Its aim is to promote the awareness and understanding of the WFOT and its activities and services, the development of the occupational therapy profession worldwide, and the international exchange of professional knowledge and experience.

The WFOT Bulletin is currently published biannually, and articles are accepted in any of the four official languages of the WFOT: English, French, Spanish and German.

Fostering cooperation among practitioners and theoreticians in this field.TYPES OF CONTRIBUTIONS CONSIDEREDThe primary purpose of the journal is to publish original and complete papers covering a specific topic or project in the above mentioned areas in sufficient detail and depth to be of practical use to interested readers. The readers should benefit from the novel solutions and analyses presented in the papers. Enhanced, extended versions of quality papers presented at conferences or workshops can be submitted to our journal for review. Note that papers which were already published with the same contents or simultaneous submission of the same paper to other journals or conferences will not be considered for publication in our journal and will be immediately rejected.REVIEW PROCEDUREAll submitted papers are processed by the Area Editors on the Editorial Board within their specialized areas. The area editors collect a minimum of two detailed and constructive referee reports and decide about the outcome and inform the authors. The referee reports are fully considered by the Area Editors in selecting the papers for publication. The names of referees are not divulged to the authors. However, the referee reports are provided to the authors to assist them in revising their papers accordingly.

Previously published in two sections, Human Experimental Psychology (Section A) and Comparative and Physiological Psychology (B) the Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology merged in 2006 to form a single journal.The Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology is a leading international journal that publishes original articles on any topic within the field of experimental psychology. The journal publishes Rapid Communication articles (under 3,000 words) reporting novel techniques or ground breaking results, as well as substantial experimental reports. Political Science with an EdgeActa Politica is one of the few truly international political science journals with a broad scope across the discipline. In the past we have published theoretical and empirical articles, comparative and single-country studies and even some methodological notes. In times of an ever-increasing specialisation in political science, we however strongly believe a broad-ranging political science journal is as important as ever for the international scientific community. As Editors, we have a strong preference for articles that will attract a wide audience within the broader field of political science, no matter what the precise topic of the article might be.Despite this broad scope Acta Politica is very selective about the quality of the articles that it publishes. Acta Politica has always been committed to publishing articles with an 'edge'; providing new insights or new approaches in political science. At the end of the review process, we always ask the question: "What did we learn from this article?"Our aim is to provide an exciting read, whether you are interested in political theory or quantitative research methods. Our goal is to select those articles that bring with them a substantive theoretical background, while demonstrating how these ideas can be used in empirical research. Today, the discipline of Circuit Theory has extended far beyond its traditional boundaries, while the application of circuit theoretic ideas has made notable contributions to many diverse fields of science and engineering. The International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications is devoted to the publication of original work on both the theory and its applications. The essential feature of the material published is that the ideas or techniques of Circuit Theory should have played a prominent part in the solution or elucidation of the problem. The bringing together of papers describing advances in the theory and in the application of circuit theoretic concepts is intended to be of interest both in stimulating the wider use of such concepts and in posing new challenges for the circuit theorist. The Editorial Board which presides over the Journal is drawn from many countries in order to maintain contact with the subject area on the widest possible basis. The Board also plays an essential part in the refereeing of papers to the highest international standards. The scope of the Journal comprises all aspects of the theory and design of analog and digital circuits together with the application of the ideas and techniques of circuit theory in other fields of science and engineering. Examples of the areas covered include: Fundamental Circuit Theory together with its mathematical and computational aspects; Circuit modeling of devices; Synthesis and design of filters and active circuits; Neural networks; Nonlinear and chaotic circuits; Signal processing and VLSI; Distributed, switched and digital circuits; Power electronics; Solid state devices. Contributions to CAD and simulation are welcome. Contributions may consist of Papers or Letters to the Editor. Papers (each limited to about 7500 words) may be of a research or tutorial nature and the requirements for publication may be briefly stated as originality and significance. Letters to the Editor (each limited to about 2500 words) must also be original but generally comprise a more restricted coverage of a topic, or present some preliminary results. A Letter to the Editor may also comment on published results; pose some new problem; draw attention to some application or otherwise be of technical interest. From time-to-time Special Issues of the Journal are published. These are devoted to some topic of current importance and are edited by invited Guest Editors. Such Special Issues are announced through a Call-for-Papers in the Journal and the Guest Editors are responsible for the selection of papers to be published.

JCOM will provide the primary forum for advancement and dissemination of scientific knowledge on co-operative organizations and their management. The journal will include up-to-date, high-quality, and original contributions - research papers, reviews, and syntheses as well as book and conference reviews - dealing with questions on how, why and when co-operative organizations occur and succeed, fail and disappear, and what can be done to influence the outcome.

Co-operative organization is broadly defined. It refers not only to co-operatives as an institutional form, but any other organization that follows the principles of co-operation. Examples include consumer, housing, producer, and worker co-operatives, credit unions and mutuals, multiparty alliances as well as different forms of collective, community, and social entrepreneurship. In addition to these types of co-operative entities, a variety of non-profit and voluntary organizations will be covered in the journal. JCOM calls for contributions focused on the following organizational philosophies and the management of organizations operating along one or more of these philosophies:
• Voluntary association of individuals and/or entities (co-operating and networking)
• Freedom with fellow individuals and entities (pursuit of autonomy and independence)
• Accountability of individuals and entities (membership in organizations and environments)
• User-members' collective ownership of and control over the organization's resources (democracy)
• Engagement in action only if rewards/results are greater than costs/efforts (efficiency and beneficiality)
• Transaction- or contribution-based distribution of economic surplus to members and stakeholders (fairness)
• Education and training of members and stakeholders on co-operation and the underlying principles (knowledge of co-operation).

Theory elaboration on the topic co-operative organizations has an interdisciplinary tradition. JCOM will therefore encourage contributions that make rigorous use of variety of theoretical perspectives and methodological approaches. The journal will also welcome critical debate between opposing perspectives.

JCOM will strive to attract and engage an international readership that is primarily academic. University libraries and individual academics are the primary target group for the journal. However, given the scarcity of rigorous and well marketed journals with similar focus, the journal seeks to attract professional audiences as well. This is important given that the ultimate test for theoretical contributions is the application of the new knowledge in the practices of organizations and in the praxis of individuals.

The Journal of Cognition and Development is the official journal of the Cognitive Development Society (CDS). Some CDS members are concerned with basic research or theory; others focus on policy issues and practical applications. Operations research and computers meet in a large number of scientific fields, many of which are of vital current concern to our troubled society. These include, among others, ecology, transportation, safety, reliability, urban planning, economics, inventory control, investment strategy and logistics (including reverse logistics). Computers & Operations Research provides an international forum for the application of computers and operations research techniques to problems in these and related fields.The common element in all these scientific areas which this Journal addresses is the methodology for determining viable solutions to problems, using computers and the techniques of operations research. However, it is not only the mathematical methodology which is of interest: the applications are of equal importance. The two are mutually supportive, since understanding the application helps one greatly to comprehend the mathematical methods used, and vice versa.This Journal will therefore concern itself with these scientific fields of application, and will be accordingly broad in scope of subject matter. The form, content and language of the articles will take cognizance of this breadth of applications and of the consequent fact that many readers may not be expert in the particular scientific field to which the computer and operations research techniques are applied by the author. All full-length research papers must contain original research results, and demonstrate constructive algorithmic complexity and extensive numerical experiments. American Review of Canadian Studies (ARCS) is a refereed, multidisciplinary, quarterly journal. Published since 1971 by the Association for Canadian Studies in the United States (ACSUS), American Review of Canadian Studies examines Canada and the Canadian point of view from an American perspective. Its articles - both interdisciplinary and disciplinary -explore Canada's arts, cultures, economics, politics, history, and society, recognizing Canada's distinctive position in the world. Psychodynamic Practice is a journal of counselling, psychotherapy and consultancy and it is written for professionals in all fields who use psychodynamic thinking in their work. The journal explores the relevance of psychodynamic ideas to different occupational settings. It emphasizes setting and application as well as theory and technique and focuses on four broad areas: Clinical practice The understanding of group and organisational processes The use of psychodynamic ideas and methods in different occupational settings (for example, education and training, health care, social work, pastoral care, management and consultancy) The understanding of social, political and cultural issues The journal aims to make psychodynamic ideas accessible to a broad audience and is a home for new, as well as experienced, writers.Each issue contains an editorial, articles, short papers and book reviews. Advances in Physiology Education promotes and disseminates educational scholarship in order to enhance teaching and learning of physiology, neuroscience and pathophysiology.
