The editorial policy of the Journal pursues the multi-disciplinary aims of the College: to promote the highest standards of scientific study and scholarship in respect of the following fields: (a) natural sciences of sport; (b) social and behavioural sciences and humanities (c) sports medicine; and (d) sport itself. The Journal also aims to facilitate and enhance communication across all sub-disciplines of the sport sciences. The Journal publishes original research as well as review articles of topics of contemporary importance or interest. The College is not exclusively committed to any particular schools of thought or methods of research. For the purposes of the EJSS, 'sport' is defined inclusively to refer to all forms of human movement that aim to maintain or improve physical and mental well-being, create or improve social relationships, or obtain results in competition at all levels. Defined thus, the Journal publishes articles from across the disciplinary spectrum concerning inter alia the motivation, attitudes, values, responses, adaptations, performance and health-related aspects of persons engaged in sport. EJSS invites the submission of original research articles and reviews of the sport science literature from sport scientists and scholars throughout the world. The Journal follows a rigorous peer-review process for the submission of all articles. EJSS also publishes editorials, rapid communications, abstracts, and open forum discussions on significant issues in the sport sciences. The Journal is published in simultaneous print and electronic editions. The Egyptian Journal of Medical Human Genetics publishes papers reporting original investigations in the field of human and medical genetics. The scope of the journal includes biochemical, cell biological, molecular genetic and structural biological studies of enzyme and other protein deficiencies, and fundamental investigations of the pathogenesis of inherited and acquired disorders. Brontë Studies is the only journal solely dedicated to research on the Brontë family. Published continuously since 1895, it aims to encourage further study and research on all matters relating to the Brontë family, their background and writings, and their place in literary and cultural history. Original, peer-reviewed articles are published as well as papers delivered at conferences, notes on matters of interest, short notices reporting research activities and correspondence arising from items previously published in the journal. The journal also provides an official record of the Brontë Society and reports new accessions to the Brontë Parsonage Museum and its research library.

Journal of Surfactants and Detergents, a journal of the American Oil Chemists’ Society (AOCS) publishes scientific contributions in the surfactants and detergents area. This includes the basic and applied science of petrochemical and oleochemical surfactants, the development and performance of surfactants in all applications, as well as the development and manufacture of detergent ingredients and their formulation into finished products. Manuscripts involving performance, test method development, analysis, and the environmental fate of surfactants and detergent ingredients are welcome.

Gravitation and Cosmology is a peer-reviewed periodical, dealing with the full range of topics of gravitational physics and relativistic cosmology and published under the auspices of the Russian Gravitation Society and Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. The IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine (CIM) publishes peer-reviewed articles that present emerging novel discoveries, important insights, or tutorial surveys in all areas of computational intelligence design and applications, in keeping with the Field of Interest of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (IEEE/CIS).
