MYCOLOGIA publishes papers on all aspects of the fungi, including lichens. Subjects appropriate to the journal are physiology and biochemistry, ecology, pathology, development and morphology, systematics, cell biology and ultrastructure, genetics, molecular biology, evolution, applied aspects, and new techniques. Publication in MYCOLOGIA is for both members and nonmembers of the Mycological Society of America. Papers appropriate for the journal are:(i) regular articles reporting original research(ii) notes or brief articles reporting research or new techniques(iii) invited papers(iv) reviews, and minireviews.

Mycotoxin Research, the official publication of the Society for Mycotoxin Research, is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal dealing with all aspects related to toxic fungal metabolites. The journal publishes original research articles and reviews in all areas dealing with mycotoxins. As an interdisciplinary platform, Mycotoxin Research welcomes submission of scientific contributions in the following research fields:

Plant and Soil publishes original papers and review articles exploring the interface of plant biology and soil sciences, and offering a clear mechanistic component. This includes both fundamental and applied aspects of mineral nutrition, plant-water relations, symbiotic and pathogenic plant-microbe interactions, root anatomy and morphology, soil biology, ecology, agrochemistry and agrophysics. Articles discussing a major molecular or mathematical component also fall within the scope of the journal. All contributions appear in the English language. Plant and Soil is published under the auspices of the Royal Netherlands Society of Agricultural Science. The Editor-in-Chief is Hans Lambers, University of Western Australia, Crawley, Australia.

The journal is aimed mainly at allergologists, but also medical doctors working in related fields, such as otolaryngology, pulmonology, and dermatology.

Alergologia Polska - Polish Journal of Allergology is an official journal of the Polish Society of Allergology.

The Engineering Economist is a refereed journal published jointly by the Engineering Economy Division of the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE) and the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE). The Gerontologist, published since 1961, is a bimonthly journal (first issue in February) of The Gerontological Society of America that provides a multidisciplinary perspective on human aging through the publication of research and analysis in gerontology, including social policy, program development, and service delivery. It reflects and informs the broad community of disciplines and professions involved in understanding the aging process and providing service to older people. Articles, including those in applied research, should report concepts and research findings, with implications for policy or practice. Contributions from social and psychological sciences, biomedical and health sciences, political science and public policy, economics, education, law, and the humanities are welcome. The Journal of Molecular Diagnostics, the official publication of the Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP), co-published by the American Society for Investigative Pathology (ASIP), seeks to publish high quality original papers on scientific advances in the translation and validation of molecular discoveries in medicine into the clinical diagnostic setting, and the description and application of technological advances in the field of molecular diagnostic medicine. The editors welcome for review articles that contain: novel discoveries or clinicopathologic correlations including studies in oncology, infectious diseases, inherited diseases, predisposition to disease, or the description or polymorphisms linked to disease states or normal variations; the application of diagnostic methodologies in clinical trials; or the development of new or improved molecular methods for diagnosis or monitoring of disease or disease predisposition.

As the official Journal of the American Neuropsychiatric Association, the society of psychiatrists working at the interface between neuroscience and behavioral disorders, The Journal of Neuropsychiatry is dedicated to developing effective diagnosis and treatment for patients with neuropsychiatric disorders. The Journal of Neuropsychiatry publishes peer-reviewed articles addressing critical subjects such as Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, and seizure disorders, and is devoted to reporting discoveries in clinical neuroscience that are relevant to understanding the brain-based disorders of patients. The Journal of Religion is one of the publications by which the Divinity School of The University of Chicago seeks to promote critical, hermeneutical, historical, and constructive inquiry into religion. While expecting articles to advance scholarship in their respective fields in a lucid, cogent, and fresh way, the Journal is especially interested in areas of research with a broad range of implications for scholars of religion, or cross-disciplinary relevance. The Editors welcome submissions in theology, religious ethics, and philosophy of religion, as well as articles that approach the role of religion in culture and society from a historical, sociological, psychological, linguistic, or artistic standpoint.Articles that present highly specialized research in limited areas of inquiry may be considered provided that their findings, in the judgment of the Editors, have significance for a wider readership. Submissions may not be concurrently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The Milbank Quarterly is devoted to scholarly analysis of significant issues in health and health care policy.
